@ReusableSwordYou go ahead and I will post as soon as I can after!
@rebornfan320 Quite interested in something in the Narutoverse!
@Breezi I'm interested, I've got a few DnD characters that I just don't get to play often, or at all in some cases.
Craven hid in the higher shadows of the building, his dark gaseous form rendering him almost invisible if not for his glowing eyes. Though most never bother to look higher than eye level. Even so, he was listening in to the small speech, Gray had begun giving the others of the alley. He couldn't quite take his eyes off of the strange cloth covered object he had brought with him, at least until he removed the covering.

"You...you stole their stuff!" He exclaimed, unable to not voice his shock. It was insane, one does not just steal from Sylph, let alone Team Rocket. So it wasn't strange that the cowardly ghastly immediately thought to be rid of the thing and asked if they were going to sell it. His form flickered slightly at the excited response from Gray, even more so by the confirmations from Faye and Star. Though it was Vixen who really swayed his decision.

"D-don't leave without m-me!" He said nervously, scared at the notion of being separated from the ones who accepted him despite his atypical nature. "S-someone's gotta watch you guys' back. though I'm not sure how useful I'll be." He added, muttering the last part with lowered eyes.
Duram

While he had been mostly preoccupied with his thought on the possible biology and behaviour of the tatzelwurms that inhabited the nearby forest, Duram noticed the poor condition of the village. Though he supposed that it was rather homey to the rough and tumble orcs that built it, managing to survive and seemingly thrive despite the primitive supplies. It was only reinforced by the behaviour of its inhabitants, the grunts being especially bothersome. It wasn't even an active decision to completely ignore Builge and his school yard taunts, as he continued on beyond the palisades.

The land outside of the camp was nearly indescribable in its beauty. With clear skies and lush foliage not to far off, only to be offset by the majestic if dramatic mountainside. Though Duram didn't have much time to enjoy the scenery before being faced with the consequences of his impulsive decision to sing. Accepting the fist bump, he was rather taken aback by not only the confirmation that Agar, or rather Johnathan, was also brought to this world after passing but also his blunt manner.

"Alexei," He said while scratching the back of his head. "Well I guess its Duram now. 25 amateur zoologist and animal behaviourist from Colorado. I was shot at work." While most was said with a smile, he couldn't help but rub his chest as he mentioned his death, phantom pain flaring up sharply at the memory. Even so, the young orc understood the wisdom in Agar's words.

"We should keep an eye ou-" The rest of his word were swallowed by the loud crack of a tree branch and before he could think about it, his body was turning in the direction of the sound. Thankfully Agar had a similar thought and motioned toward the disturbed birds.

"Other than checking that out? I was hoping to study some of the creatures here. Might be easier to hunt, if we know how they behave." Was the last thing he said before quickly making his way toward the action.

Duram

Darkness and ethereal light danced across his vision in waves that seemed to entrance his senses despite the the unsettling nature of them. A gentle voice belaying the power it originated from, whispered into his now pointed and, frankly, oversized ears like the memory of music. Phantasmal and effervescent. Despite the pleasantness of this dreamlike memory, it was the fetid smell of unwashed flesh and damp heat of proximity that nudged Duram from muddled sleep to reluctant consciousness. and not a moment too soon as the rough and discordant voice of the Head Warrior crashed through the Broodpit like a pack of angry mandrills.

As he gazed about the pit, taking notice of the more eager individuals chomping at the bit to prove themselves, he couldn't help the giggle that escaped at the irony of his current situation.

'My life in my world ended in an enclosure just for my new one to start in another. Here I was told gods don't have a sense of humour' He thought with a sardonic grin.

Duram gathered his meager belongings as he went over any relevant information he could recall about this quest. His mind immediately latched onto the Leppa fruit he had seen some of the older orcs enjoy, he didn't much care for the thought of hunting something for glory. Intent of just gathering food and only dealing with a hostile animal if necessary. Though the thought of the blue orb shaped fruit reminded him of the guard that had been ambushed some time back. That was roughly the same time others were being warned of Tatzleworms in the trees.

It was a creature that he was somewhat familiar with considering some of his high school friends had been obsessed with cryptids and SCP's. It was said to have the head and front limbs of a cat and the body of a snake. An interesting creature to say the least and the small animal lover couldn't help but be fascinated as his mind wandered. Did its behaviour reflect that of other felines or was it more reptilian? Was it scaly or furry? Nocturnal or diurnal? It was obviously an ambush predator, did it camouflage like reptiles or was it due to coloration and pattern? What was -

His mental questioning of the specifics of the amalgam creature were cut short as he reached the outskirts of the camp on his way to a nearby copse of trees. His plans of climbing and seeking a better vantage point halted for the moments as a familiar sound registered in his mind. It was coming from a mo-hawked runt with uneven tusks. Not that Duram could talk considering he still had his milk tusks, minuscule as they were. Agar if he remembered correctly, was humming a tune that realistically had no place in this new land. Shocked and more than a bit apprehensive of the possibility, Duram decided to do the same thing he always did when this song played on the zoo's P.A system. He quietly sung along with a small smile.

"Strangers waitin'. Up and down the boulevard..."

  • Sharp Rock - Equip, Weapon/Tool, Material Component - A rock with a slightly sharp edge. Useful as a primitive knife or chisel. Can be thrown.

True Age:
25 Years, 1 month.

Past Life:
A lonely child, Alexei was born the only child of an investment banker and realtor. With little time to actually care for their son, his parents often left his to his own devices. His only companions coming in the form of a loyal hound and, eventually, his collection of cookbooks and recipes. A loner during his school days, mostly due to his own social awkwardness, Alexei developed a habit of cooking or baking when stressed. Thankfully that habit is what also introduced him to a few friends who encouraged his dream of working with animals. As an adult, upon getting his degree in behavioral zoology, he got a job working at the local zoo. He truly enjoyed his time there and developed a rather close bond with several of the animals, especially a gorilla name Aisha. However it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, as a freak accident as well as a negligent parent led to a small child falling into Aisha's enclosure. Thankful the child was unharmed however with the panicking patrons and crying child, people jumped to conclusions and animal control was called. Despite arguing that they just need to calm down, and even attempting to deal with the situation himself. All it took was one trigger happy officer and an impulsive decision to jump in front of the guiltless animal for Alexei to open his eyes to a brand new world and an even newer body.
