Kritch knew that the pain of willingly reforming his hand in a small confined space would be immensely powerful from the dangerously low thought out plan, but he was hoping that the massive amount adrenaline and fear running though his body would null his senses for this very grueling moment. This wasn't the case this time. A familiar feeling of searing pain soared throughout Kritch's hairy malformed body causing it to jolt and contort around several angles. The rat's hand had quickly shot out of the destroyed guardsman's brain, his bloody ruined hand exposed to the suffering rat's eyes caused him to curse within his language chittering, clicking, and squeaking seemingly at the same time with its rapid sounds. Kritch didn't even notice the semi-liquid cloud of death toying with the already defeated guardsman, he was just tightly clenching his limp wrist staring at his ravaged hand. It had been quite some time being subjected to his amount of pain, one of his main goals was to actually avoid being hurt as getting hurt is quite bad! Still, after his cursing subsided for the moment, Kritch's even more blood red eyes landed upon the mess that gas-cloud thing had produced with the last guardsman.

While normally Kritch would run away at the sight of such horrors from an untrustworthy ally, the amount of pain, fear, and adrenaline coursing through his veins threw away his caution to the winds of chaos and merely wanted this nightmare to be over. Letting out a simple snort to V's words, he grabbed the flying keys with his good hand before stumbling towards the locked door. "Lizard-thing better be of use-use," Kritch muttered to himself, unlocking the prison door and unleashing Betty to the prison hallways of temporary freedom. "We must flee-escape building now, monster too power-strong for us, we go to escape-free driver,"
Kritch felt uneasy, it was simply that there was only one guard that was protecting their prime prisoner rather than a group of guardsmen. That would have to imply one thing, this guard had much more experience compared to the last guard that Kritch had dispatched earlier in the last cell-block. Wiggling his toes, Kritch was wondering to himself if the rest of his life in this prison was really worth escaping hell and away from his home. After a few seconds of thinking, Kritch determined that it was worth it escaping his horrible reality in which he called life with his family lurking in the shadows. However, it seemed that the guardsman knew of his presence in the vents which made his sneak attack null and void for the small rat. Doing the same tactic wouldn't work twice against this experienced guard that knew where he was, but there was one tactic that seemed to work at least once against every person. It wouldn't kill them, but it would take some time for them to regrow the various body parts that would be missing by the time Kritch's plans where done. Stretching his back, cracking all his knuckles, and his muscles tightening from the tension, Kritch clasped his two hands together.

Outside, the guardsman could most likely hear the slight murmuring of something within the vents of the cell-block if they were listening closely to his nearby enemy. However, it wouldn't be long before Kritch made his daring move made by adrenaline of freight for his life. A sudden black smoke erupted from the vents of the cell-block, it wouldn't be as jarring not knowing there was something there but a sudden black smoke was still quite strange. The black smoke escaping from the vents soon rushed the man at blurring speeds, it would be hard to follow for minion standards but other higher leveled enemies could most likely see its movements, and these movements were heading straight to his head. The plan was, reform with any limb (preferably the arm) inside the head of the defender which would completely incapacitate the enemy and a lost limb for the attacker. The mouth would work the best, if not the mouth then the nose, if not the nose then the eyes, if not the eyes then the ears, and if they someone close every port to the inside of their heads would mean them to be defenseless against his razor sharp attacks from the putside. It was a win-win situation, it was a bloody mess that would only work once on someone, but that is all that Kritch needed to break through the defenses against the door and escape from the powerful monster that was wreaking havoc at the start to the break-in.
Arsenal - Another Denver Street

Before Arsenal could leave with the group, one of them had handed him a letter just before they had started to walk over towards their hideout. He was told to open it, the boy did what was told of him and started to read the contents of the envelope which had some pretty interesting things. The first object that seemed to interest him the most was the picture of his late father, so that would mean that these people or at least their employer knew of his true identity which would most likely be a bother in the long run. The other was the picture of the group's employer, he looked... Bossy? Arsenal didn't know what to say but the person did look like that person was in charge of the operations. And lastly, he was most interested in the following perks of joining along side this job. Besides the point of gaining meat shields to protect him, it seemed that this group itself would provide him in an assortment of technology and weapons. Interesting, if what the letter was true than he would no longer have to worry about the resources for his new destructive inventions, maybe this wasn't such a scam after all! The general disruption of the Protectorate and the PRT was also a bonus in his book, if he could use this to put a hurt on those bastards than this will just be the perfect gig... besides the boss of the organization knowing of his identity basically locking him in group or be killed by his teammates if he ever decides to leave the group.

Macavity - Apartment Building

"Wow, you just don't trust me at all do you? You don't trust my ability to have not been lynched at this point for so long?" Macavity said, entering the front of the building ushering along the little girl, "I have to say it hurts quite a bit, but I shall show you the hidden secret hidden safe house just to show you." Inside of the front of the apartment building, it looked like a pretty standard lobby as within the view were some stairs, an elevator, and an empty service counter in the corner. "Fun fact, I've actually never seen that service counter manned in this building," It was obviously planned by him, but it did help quite a bit whenever going through his regular stroll of the premise. Turning on his power once again, enveloping both Cassidy and Macavity, he walked over to the stairs and fiddled with the third banister. The thief quickly walked over to the elevator after messing with the banister, and pressed both the up and down buttons on the panel. However, neither gleamed with their familiar yellow light. Lastly, Macavity walked over to the service desk and slammed his fist against the wood and... sadly there was no satisfying click"You see kid, it's safe with all of this cool spy stuff I have to do to open the first hidden door," Vaulting behind the counter, he signaled the kid to follow before disappearing behind the counter as there was now a small hole with a ladder and the sight of another room.

If Cassidy decided to follow the strange man, she would find herself inside of a medium sized concrete room lit by a single lightbulb with twelve red metal doors with three on each side of the room with the entrance soon closing on the two. "You know, when I made this hideout I was feeling like I needed to make this sort of trap room for a whole spy themed hideout. I know the first puzzle room was a bit long, but I felt like it was missing this kind of mystery. You know what I'm saying?" It was quite strange for a thief to have this many puzzle rooms for a single hideout, but what Macavity did between the twelve doors was strange as he did nothing with the puzzle doors. All Macavity did was walk up to one of the corners of the room and whispered something, the corner soon opened and finally led into the safe house. "Red herrings, it actually works after that whole puzzle stage in the lobby."

So, assuming Cassidy followed, both would soon find themselves inside a rather impressive room. The general layout was a bit tight, but it was quite spacious considering that they were currently under a large city with other buildings right underneath. The room almost looked like something you would find at a five-star hotel. As the two walked into the room, various out of place objects were also scattered along the tables and stands, expensive paintings were donned on the wall, and literal gold bars was stacked in a pile around the bed. "So! This place is my safe house, the TV can be turned on and channels 1-10 are hidden cameras along the lobby and red herring room. Don't touch any of the acquired items, I have a shit ton of MREs in the cabinets, and if you would like to leave just hold zero on the phone next to the bed stand and a ladder will extend from the ceiling that leads to a back-alley way behind the building. Any questions?"
Ingrim was interested in the attitude of the monk, the look of disdain in their look at the gnome combined with the dismissive words almost made the gnome wanting to laugh! "Well! Feon the Mercenary, such a drab title by the way, I would say that I've met my harumph-ers in my days on living on this world, but you are at the moment the one that has harumphed most of all! Now, I must say that it has been a pleasure meeting you and I hope you have a wonderful day," The ringmaster concluded, the dismissive wave brought upon by Feon hurting his pride just a tiny bit. So, as Ingrim turned away from the mercenary, the tiny gnome twisting the tips of his handlebar mustache indicating it as one of his quirks when feeling strong emotions. And right at that moment, Ingrim was feeling quite baffled by the sheer amount of rudeness that was brought upon him! He did expect a cold greeting from Feon, but such brazen disrespect was shoved straight into his face! Harrumph! She shall not get any help from him when the time comes!

As Ingrim silently fumed around the group, his little tiny face baring his rather rare frown, someone else was brought to his attention as some large tall-dwarf was in front of the tiny gnome. He asked questions, and behold it was questions about his magical and rather awesome constructs! This brought up his mood instantly, his creations had a special place in his heart and always loved about talking with others about their uniqueness. "Hello there, Andrik Nordin the Vaulter Explorer! I am glad that you have found myself and my creations something noteworthy to record for your race to study, I must thank you for this great honor," Ingrim stated, lightly bowing to the Norse-man, "I must say that it is quite common to get questions about my pets, but it is new that someone wants to know how these creatures work. I can lend you some notes later on about my creations, but I must first see if someone like you is trustworthy to learn of this knowledge. I would rather not have my beautiful creations squandered to be some war machine that is only recognized for their brutality! I hope you can understand for my precautions."

The gnome felt slightly bad for barring information against Andrik, but it was true that lending his notes of creating mechanical life could be easily used in the wrong hands. So, he shall have to wait to learn of their morals and actions, but at the moment he seemed a decent man. However, before he could get a better look at Andrik, Irthorne soon discussed the plans of separating the two groups due to the sheer size. And, sadly it seemed that Ingrim's name wasn't in the team for the underground adventure, but the prospect of being the rear guard was abolished as he soon learned that surface loot was hinted by the goblin with many things! Oh? That could be worth his time, and the extra payment couldn't hurt too bad. The gnome's sad outlook on being put at the surface was now abolished with the new idea of surface adventure and extra gold, but it did seem that he was going to be stuck with the rather rude lady in the end. However, Andrik and Kol'Rakul was joining him as well which excited the gnome.
@The Wild West
Who is ingrim talking to?

The female that doesn't like Ingrim at all, i.e Feon the person who doesn't like his kick ass robotic hounds.
Well, it had seemed the reception to his little act was just a bit half-baked for his taste. The only people that seemed to acknowledge his little sideshow were originally the two people at the current spot. Sure, others had joined in during his little introduction, but they didn't seem to pay much mind to the artificer and his many merry creations. The big guy, Kol'rakul, seemed to have had the best time out of his intro with his hearty laughs filling the air. Ingrim could tell by the looks of this strapping beast was someone earnest and filled with energy, but was using the energy for some good intentioned violent acts, hence the decapitated head of the highway man. The Ringleader liked this man, he could get a few laughs out of him, and possibly use his size and strength for other uses during the trip to the dungeon. "Well, I'm glad to be of service, Kol'rakul the Axeman, and I'll be sure to remember your applause during this adventure," Ingrim replied, his creations settling down from the previous excitement, though in the background seemed the same hooded lady was getting a closer look at his creations. "Ah! Someone curious about my comrades? Why, these amazing attractions have been created by yours truly with the help of some arcane magic to power up these magnificent beast! I have to say that these creations can do all sorts of amazing tricks, but you can see that later at one of my many shows across the land! 'The Troop and Troupe!'" Hopefully this would garner some attention to the gnome's little entertainment act, he did need some gold to continue this lifestyle, and the best way to show some appreciation would be to donate to his cause to bring safety and joy to all.

So, with the interactions between those two had been fulfilled, the contractor had said some things about more people arriving to this location. Wow, the dungeon might just be a tiny bit cramped with the amount of people entering this crypt, especially with all of his creations joining within the unstable cave. Ingrim was worried, if he was to be put inside of rear guard to protect the entrance of this cave, than that would mean less gold and materials for his many varied projects! This was grave news indeed, but hopefully something could be done to avoid being stuck with the boring job. Giving a light sigh to himself, the ringmaster turned to meet the rest of the adventurers that came with the same intent of adventure and gold. The fourth to arrive was some anthropomorphic beast, an owl by the looks of it, and surprisingly held himself up well compared to most other beings with their rambunctious behavior. Ingrim would have to take note of this, polite and well-armed. The fifth the arrive was someone of interest, a towering man clad in armor trugged through the field that almost seemed to be as well built as Kol'rakul! He had no idea of his origins, but Ingrim could tell that this man was someone of great skill with their battered skin and surprisingly wellkempt beard. Another person of importance, and another tall burly person to hide behind. The sixth to arrive was some tall dwarf, a woman tall dwarf with a hint of superiority with the stance and way they help themselves to the others. Strangly enough, this one seemed to know the axeman, small world seemed to the both, but Ingrim could tell that the distance the woman was keeping from him was someone that didn't want to be bothered by this certain gnome. Smiling, the gnome would like to know of their distance from the ringmaster, but the response was likely to be some pompous answer though it would be interesting to get some insight of changing something about his act.

The gnome managed to walk just a few steps towards Feon when suddenly more adventurers appeared from the brush! So many! And so much people only made this situation a bit worrying for the ringmaster. However, something more worrying towered over his concerns as some squid monster carried in chains was brought to the scene! A squid monster! How could they possibly allow this thing to join them on their travels!? Surly they had enough diversity with the owlman, but to bring such creature known for their rather despicable deeds... He would have to keep a close eye on the beast. And what do you know? Another anthropomorphic beast has emerged from the brush, a spider lady to be exact. Her figure said more than needed if someone was into that stuff, but alas her strange contraptions that had donned every limb has made piqued his interest even more. Ingrim would need to analyze those devices later in time, if they are attached to every limb than that would mean that it is something of importance and most likely a dangerous weapon. And lastly, but strangely enough that appeared to be the last adventurer of the group was... A child? Man, the owner must be quite desperate for help if they would allow such a young child to join in this dangerous quest. The Ringmaster would need to keep a close eye on this one as well, if nothing their skill must be something great to be allowed on this quest, and the death of a child would bring morale down quite low if they were to be allowed to meet such an early fate. Now, with everyone addressed within his mind, Ingrim the crafty taking his mental notes on how to approach and treat everyone was now going to annoy the crap out of the female that seemed to dislike the gnome.

"Well! How do you do?" Ingrim questioned, quickly walking over to the disinterested adventurer, "If you didn't hear, my name is Ingrim Nesfit, sole propiter of the wandering circus 'Troop and Troupe'! So, might one provide the same courtesy of giving their title and name? I would love to be acquainted with you, and so would my companions as well!" Ingrim's constructs arrived soon after he had spoke, they looked at her with questioning looks provided if she could even detect it with their inhuman bodies and faces.
"Hurry! Scurry! Quick and Fast!" Kritch muttered to himself, trying to move as fast as his body could move in the stuffy and cramped vents of the prison. Kritch's sixth sense of detecting fearsome creatures was going off like crazy, something dangerous has entered the building and it was most likely the warden of the prison. The barkeep had discussed about this creature, its power, and how one should avoid the creature at all cost if one would value their life. The worrying rat was glad that his eyes didn't lay upon the terrifying beast, but that would also mean that this rag-tag group of stupid people were going to be decimated! That would leave Kritch all by himself in this literal prison! "Hurry! Scurry! Quick and Fast!" Kritch muttered to himself once again, rushing to the location of the lizard thing to end this entire debacle of violence and mayhem.

Reaching the middle of the prison through the vent system, right side to save the lizard thing from its cell and end the shit show that was currently happening at the entrance of the prison. Kritch was actually glad that the stupid group had attracted enough attention to make most guards reinforce the front, but similar to the guard in Cellblock R-2 had guards stationed in the area to protect the release of prisoners. This would be quite bad, as the barkeep had said that their are constanly guards on patrol which would mean that the wary rat might have to fight more than one guard at the same time! Being outnumbered is something that all rat demons were afraid of, but it seemed that the rest of the infiltration team hasn't reached the area making it Kritch's job to save the lizard thing. So, with his brain throbbing, heart beating, and breathing haggard, Kritch still managed to silently make a tiny hole within the vents to peruse the area underneath. It would be helpful to learn how fucked the rat was in the next combat scenario.
Ingrim was excited for the prospect of this dungeon crawl, violence with the side of looting has always provided a hefty sum of materials and gold for any successful adventurers. The ringmaster has been quite low on resources for some time, maintenance for his many constructs has been a large drain on his funds and his profits from the sideshow hasn't done too well in the recent weeks. However, this wandering circus master had gotten messages about this adventure which will surely provide him for the materials to expand his army of constructed circus animals! It shall be glorious, the name of Ringmaster Ingrim Nesfit will ring throughout the ages as one of the most well-sought and popular circuses around the entire world, but also one of the most dangerous adventurers with his army of dangerous circus animals! It shall be the double whammy! Famous entertainer and adventurer! Ingrim laughed out loud from the thoughts of his future glory, "Onward! Match Stick! Zip Zap! Pupsicle! Faster! The future awaits us!" Ingrim yelled, mechanical barking celebrating along side their screaming master with the rest of his creations dancing with the thick excitement in the air.

The ride to the designated location didn't take too long after the celebration towards the future, and in the distance his image appeared as he drove the tiny carriage being powered by his magical mechanical dogs. Ingrim had spotted these new people in the distance as well, one was his gnome employer, the other was some large boisterous man, and the last being some pale hooded figure. The Ringmaster waved the three down as he approached the group, the speed of the carriage slowing down as the distance was quickly covered between the two points.

Reaching the employer and fellow adventurers, Ingrim stopped waving but the same plastered smile was stuck upon his face. Jumping off his tiny carriage, the three mechanical dogs unhinged themselves from their reins and were soon met with an extroverted greeting from the leader. "Hello! Ringmaster Ingrim Nesfit is here! Sole proprietor of the wandering circus 'Nesfit & Co.' And here is my company!" Soon after his statement, the dogs ran by his side with the rest of his constructs barreling out of his carriage to be introduced by Ingrim, "These adorable constructions here are my trusty hounds! Match Stick, Zip Zap, and Pupsicle! The little walking crossbows? Why they are the best darn sharpshooters in the region that can shoot the wings off of flies, Cross and Bow! Pack-Mate! The walking treasure chest, it can spit out and juggle over eight objects at once, an amazing feet to behold as it has no eyes!" The constructs, in unison started to bounce around directly after Ingrim finished his sentence, it was quite obvious that this is the introduction that the group does at almost every single town to gain attention, but strangely enough while putting on his show his top hat started to rumble above his head. "Oh! And how could I forget my most important friend!" Ingrim removed his top hat, darkness was filled within the inside before bright yellow eyes appeared out of the darkness of the hat, "My little friend here is Smokey! If you take your eyes off of him for just one second, he will disappear right before your eyes! And watch out, he sure does like shiny objects! So! How can 'Nesfit & Co.' assist you this fine day!"

Macavity - Another Denver Street

Ugh, this kid was seeming to be a bit too much work for the thief. Sure, he has stolen priceless animals from some observatories and crime lords before, but taking care of some young kid was far beyond his knowledge. It is especially jarring when the human cargo also seems to have otherworldly powers that could cause some trouble at any instance. Macavity scratched his head as the young girl had stopped silently crying, yet another red flag with taking over a possibly unstable person. The thief was truly feeling that he should just ditch the girl before bringing too much trouble, but that act would just bring too much of a bad taste in his mouth knowing that the brutal Bratva would do to such a young human. Sighing to himself, Macavity's hand slid down the back of his neck to commence some stressful rubbing before noting the sort of compliance combined with a short threat. "No worries, this good deed shall not be tainted with some unruly behavior." Giving one good look at the mystery girl, Macavity soon turned around with his path heading towards the open streets of the populated city and out of the rather moldy backstreet alley. However, just before the two were about to leave the area, Macavity turned off his power allowing the two to reappear back into society and into the crowd.

Macavity turned around to see if the malnourished and sleep deprived girl was keeping up with the bustling crowd, and even though she tries to act tough it is rather obvious that she was not at her peak state to fight. "Keep close, hide your body in the crowd and try not to look around too much, I can't say for sure how large their influence is in this territory but the safe house isn't too far away from here," Macavity said, his casual business attire matching well within the busy district while the young girl's bright red tracksuit was somewhat of an oddity within these streets. Macavity just needed to make sure that any snoops wouldn't get too clear of evidence locking onto him, blanking himself and the girl within the busy street would cause too much disturbance in the crowd and possibly the young girl wouldn't have liked the fact that he blanked her without much of a word in the already bizarre situation. Though, the safe house still wasn't too far away from their location and would take a fair amount of more blocks.

Macavity and the mystery girl were starting to near the desired location, it was only when the girl broke the silence between the two by asking a few questions about their whereabouts, something that anyone would wonder if some stranger was leading them to some unknown area. The crowd had thinned a bit more, he was still wary about any people sneaking around them but he decided to answer the questions to provide some closure about following superpowered strangers. "Just a block or more away, and it's an apartment building that isn't too far away from the busy parts, but isn't in the heart of it as well. I just have these places to lay low for awhile, store some property away for safe keeping, you know regular stuff my profession requires," Macavity informed, continuing to walk towards their destination, "And you insult my honor in hidden hideouts as well? I have to keep my acquired property well hidden from prying eyes, I don't discriminate in my past time against the good and bad guys here, and that means that everyone wants a little piece of me." You could tell there was just a tint of pride within those last words, but as he finished turned to walk up some steps into a rather unassuming apartment building. It wasn't decadent with gilded gold fencing and bricks and it didn't look like some run-down, graffiti strewn ghetto area either, it was just rather drab gray in all terms speaking of the building. "C'mon, we are almost at our destination. I can assure you that as long as we don't loiter around the building any longer than the possibility of people hiding this place is almost zilch."

Arsenal - Another Another Denver Streets

Arsenal gave an inquisitive look towards the... Strangely dressed person and their little sales pitch. Once you say that it isn't a scam, it is almost one hundred percent some type of shady business or scam. However, Arsenal stood around for a bit longer with a sort of vague interest, the one called James seemed to have a knack at garnering attention as this man was the main reason of his complacency. His explanation about these "Jacks" was filled with an abundance of vague hints towards the criminal underground which slightly annoyed the young upstart. "So, simply put you guys are just a bunch of criminals that do bad things for money?" Arsenal bluntly stated, staring at the two ahead of him and giving a quick glance towards the burly man behind. This sort of business wasn't new to Bill, his father had dealings with people similar to these folk but this was the first time that he was personally chosen to join some nefarious group. "Well, can't say I really trust anyone of you right here, but I'll take a yander at this little proposition." Arsenal knew that this was his chance in getting both the resources for his upgrades if this holds true, but it wasn't like the cowboy had too much a choice due to the big mean guy breathing down his neck with two strange people blocking most escape attempts.
