The nations that survived the wars all have the same technology, except for the 1 special tech I will allow each nation to use during the RP. IC posts will be from a characters perspective, but they will involve a nation, so no, this will not be turned based, it will be character based. Alliances shall be formed in IC posts. Put the alliance request in the hider, and name the hider (So and So) alliance request.
