Saber went into her ethereal form and followed her Master. She wished he would have slowed down a bit, but if they were in a rush to meet these supervisors, it only seemed natural that he would move things as fast as he could.

Uuuggghhh, supervisors.

What was the point of them? A bunch of priests who lacked any kind of magic, and failed in comparison to a Servant in strength. It was insulting that they had the authority to watch over this war. War had nothing to do with the weak, and everything to do with the strong. Honestly, she'd prefer it if Masters weren't a thing, but there was no getting around that.

Well, her Master didn't seem like a bad guy, so working with him should be fine. He bowed to her, which was already an amusing sight, but it did show that he wasn't near the tier of a Servant, especially one of the Saber class. Now, she just wanted to get some information out of him, and they were ready to go seize the grail.

" Master, would you prefer if I called you Dante instead? I'm fine with either or. I'd like to ask you a bit about what kind of magecraft you're capable of? How is your family line? And how do you think you should compare with the other Masters in the war?

. . .

That summoning was a lot cooler than she was expecting it to be. Sure, a generic white light and wind is cool, but did other Master's have lightning, and black smoke clouds? Probably not.

The Servant himself looked befitting of such a summoning, and he was giant, and had an intimidating presence. Maybe if Fatima didn't care for avoiding The End, maybe she herself would have been scared of her own Servant. Either way, a Servant of this might could have only been summoned under the Saber class.

. . .

Wait, was that a hammer in his hands? Did Saber's have hammers? Wait. Waaaaaaaaaaaait.

Fatima used her Master's clairvoyance to check out her Servant's stats, and while she was impressed, this could only mean one thing.

Berserker.

Why. Why. Why. Why. Why. Why. Why.

Why?

She had to save the world from The End, and she was given the hardest Servant to work with? She didn't have the greatest family line, nor was she have an Atlas Homunculus, so keeping him in check was going to be pain.

Fatima couldn't panic now, maybe she was overreacting? Hopefully he would respond when she asks him a question? Yeah, that could be good?

" Hello, Servant! My name is Fatima Ilham, and I guess I'll be your Master for the war! I specialize in using Wind, Curses, and my cute little Beetle familiars! I would like to learn a bit about yourself, if it isn't too much! "

It was time.

The chance of a lifetime was upon her. Or the chance of an afterlife? Either way, this wasn't something Saber was going to pass up. She had waited for a long time to right the wrongs of her past, and this would be her chance to do so. The only thing she could wish for was a Master who was a noble as she was in life. As long as she received a Master that worked well with her, the Grail War was sure to be an easy one.

The moment was now, it was time.

A raging light and chaotic wind came from the summoning circle, and would last for another few seconds. When the light and wind finally subsided, what remained was a beautiful woman, covered in armor, holding her sword towards the only other person in the area, The man she assumed to be her Master.

She took a good look at her Master, trying to see how strong he was. She didn't appear any weaker, so he obviously wasn't terrible, but he also lacked the air of a top magus.

He seemed decent enough to not die right away, and that was good enough for her.

" I shall be your sword. "

That was a good enough sign that she was a Saber, right?

" Just a little more. . . No no no, I have to make it more of a curve. . . Ah! I screwed it up! "

This was Fatima Ilham, a respected member of Atlas, head of the Ilham family, and Master of Math, screwing up at drawing a simple summoning circle. Turns out, Math doesn't have much to do with painting circles with the blood of dead foxes.

Who would have thought?

" I bet the other Masters have already summoned their Servants by now . . . Come on! Why is drawing a circle so complicated! . . . Wait, I think I got it. . . Yes! I did it! "

1 - Fatima
0 - Shapes

Fatima stood up from where she was drawing the circle, and took a few steps back. This was her chance to avoid The End, and save humanity from the tragic fate that was waiting for them. It would bring pride to Atlas, her family, and her own name would be a household name to all magi worth a damn. There was no room for failure, and that included summoning a Servant. If her Servant wasn't anything but amazing, humanity was doomed to a tragic ending.

The Head of the Ilham family turned around and put her hand out forward. The fate of humanity rested on her and whoever it was that she was going to summon.

"Silver and iron to the origin. Gem and the archduke of contracts to the cornerstone.

The alighted wind becomes a wall. The gates in the four directions close, coming from the crown, the three-forked road that leads to the kingdom circulate.

Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill).

Repeat every five times.

Simply, shatter once filled.

――――I announce.

Your self is under me, my fate is in your sword.

In accordance with the resort of the Holy Grail, if you abide by this feeling, this reason, then answer.

Here is my oath. I am the one who becomes all the good of the world of the dead, I am the one who lays out all the evil of the world of the dead.

You, seven heavens clad in three words of power, arrive from the ring of deterrence, O keeper of the balance ―――!

Rank: A+

Range: 1-50

Maximum Number of Targets: 500 people

Description: A two-handed, golden greatsword with a blue jewel embedded in the hilt that boasts a magnificence and enormity possible only for weapons tended to by inhuman hands. It is the holy sword of the Nibelungs, used to slay the dragon, Fafnir. It is a cursed holy blade possessing the attributes of Gram, the demonic blade of its origin, so it will change attributes between holy sword and demonic sword depending on who wields it.

Upon chanting "-- O sword, Let thee be filled.", she holds it above her head, and it begins to glow with an orange light. The jewel stores and preserves magic energy, true Ether, from the Age of Gods, and releasing it causes it to emanate a twilight e twilight swells around the sword and is released as a flash of light, a surging wave with the simple purpose of destruction. Compared to the straight line released by Clarent Blood Arthur, it releases a wave of twilight in a semicircle that is centered around her.

Name: Dáinsleif The Sword of Vengeance

Type: Anti-Unit

Rank: B

Range:2-4

Maximum Number of Targets: 1

Description: This Noble Phantasm takes part of Hagen's Scandinavian counterpart, Hogni. A demonic sword from the Nibelungen. It is a sword that has been in two myths, with both versions showing its frightening nature. Within the Völsunga Saga, it is a sword that was part of Fafnir's collection of treasure, taken by the clan that killed the Northern European hero, Sigurd. It is a cursed Noble Phantasm that contains a powerful curse of "revenge" to be used on its target, and it also drives the fate of its possessor to ruin and causes them to surely die. Within the Skáldskaparmál, it is possessed by the Danish king, Hogni. He became locked in eternal combat with the king of Serkland, Hedinn, due to the sword's curse, which requires it to always kill a man once drawn and does not allow it to return to its sheath until such is accomplished. The sword's stroke would never fail, and the wounds would never heal. While demonic and holy swords carry with them both glory and destruction, Dáinsleif is said to only bring the latter onto its master.

Name: Fatima Ilham

Age: 26

Background: The Ilham family is one that is exceptionally old, dating back to at least the beginning of Atlas. They're from Egypt, and are based in city of Luxor. The original use of this family's magecraft was to simply harness and protect themselves from the vicious sandstorms that plague the area, which led to the creation of Fatima's Mystic Code. However, over time, they began to use Beetles for familiars. They were small little insects, so they costed barely anything, and could be useful for protection from thieves. This eventually turned into them being widely known for this familiars, and use for them by the Association from time to time.

Fatima is really no different than the rest of her family. She was practicing magecraft from a young age, developed a skill for math, as well as a desire to avoid The End. From a young age she knew her overall goal in life was to find out a way to avoid The End, and joining Atlas was just to give her some kind of backup, though everybody there shared the common goal. She really had no idea she'd become the Assistant of The Vice Director, but that was really just icing upon the cake to her. She'd never sway from her goal of trying to avoid The End.

She tried calculation after calculation, yet there never seemed to be away to avoid The End. There had to be an out for Humanity, no species as powerful and as insightful would be forced to such a terrible fate. If the answer couldn't be found by her mind and the power of Math, the answer would have to be found somewhere else. Fatima began to search far and wide for some way to gain the answer, and when she had almost given up hope, she found her answer. It was a little backwater ritual, but if the stories about it were true, then The End could truly be avoided. She began to focus more towards her magecraft and Beetle raising, and when the Command Seals appeared on her hand, her desire to get better grew. It was up to her to avoid The End. She couldn't let herself, nor humanity down.

Affiliation: Atlas

Traits:

General Magecraft: Basic bounded fields, minor healing charm, and so on. The basics any magus should know.

Eastern Alchemy: The Alchemy used by all Altas Alchemists. Includes Memory Partition and Thought Acceleration. Fatima can have five partitions.

Alchemy Set: This is exactly what it sounds like.

Cursed Tablets (25): An old Hellenistic magecraft which involves the use of lead tablets. If a person's name and description and a curse is written upon a tablet, and the tablet remains unharmed, the curse will be applied to that person, and can't be removed as long as the tablet is safe. The more detailed the description of the person is, the more powerful the curse is. If a possession of the cursed person is attachted the tablet, the curse will also increase in power. A love curse requires the hair of the person.

Carving Tools: Used for cursed tablets

Familiars (Scarab Beetles): A low level familiar, almost as worthless as worms. The Ilham family has been creating and working with these Beetles from the very beginning, and specialize in their use. They're attracted to magical energy (Prana), but don't consume it like a certain Pseudo-Vampire's would. They feed off of the Prana that escapes the body, unless their eyelids are sewed. Their main use for the family over the years has been scouting out magi wanted by the Association, having them scout out towns where the magus has been rumored to live in. They obey the command of their master, which is the current head of the Ilham family, and are more or less mindless drones. They usually just hide in people's closets, and in the corners of the room nobody looks into. They're usually docile creatures, but if one in a hive is assaulted, they all begin to swarm and attack the person who could cause harm to one. Might also throw it's dung at the person. Fatima has many MANY of these with her. Calling her a freaky beetle chick wouldn't be incorrect.

Transference of Consciousness: Basic ability to use a familiar as a video-feed.

Wind Magecraft: Generic wind spells ranging from single action to ten-count. Has a charm to protect from the wind and sandstorms.

Khamsin: A Mystic Code in the shape of a Scimitar. It's purpose is to control the wind, and alter it however the user pleases. It can be from changing the way it is blowing in a sandstorm, to a more focused slashed to cut something down, to a sandstorm in itself. In case it is a dry day out, Khamsin also has the ability to create a gust of wind from itself. It can range from a light breeze, to a powerful gust meant to blow things away. The sword was created, and fills the purpose of giving the wielder to become Shu himself.

An Amulet that is in the shape of a Scarab Beetle. It is ranked D.
