Realistically, it shouldn't be that difficult for a province to outfit two men with the best weapons and gear, even if they do break them every fight. I wouldn't think outfitting would be much of an issue.

Sure, but check the limitations before you make sure you want to be a commander.

I don´t mind the limitations.

I mean, I don´t fully understand them, but somebody has to do the job, and it might as well be me.

Well let me put it short, these are the limitations of a commander:
1.) Can command only one hero.
2.) The said hero must be primarily a support role. (Doesn't matter if this is a mage, cleric, archer or anything of the sort, so long as they belong behind the front line)
3.) Cannot have any regions besides if chosen for the capital commander. (In which case they can command two more heroes)

I guess I'll go with whoever wants a far eastern elemental warrior monk and is offering the best benefits. Lol. Not sure who my second hero is gonna be though. Maybe his brother or something.

I would offer employment, but I was thinking about shaping the Centralian rule into a totalitarian isolationist regime with lots of propaganda and "Our great nation will prevail against the filthy outsiders!" so we wouldn´t take kindly to your kind around here. :)
