Just so you know, it may be a "Japanese" company, but because it's in "America", the reports would all be in English. I don't think your guy should have to learn the language, and it just makes sense that if Marius is half forsaking his heritage that he would have the business running in English.

I didn't say he couldn't read it. He just didn't understand what it was about. I wouldn't at least. Some of those files have the strangest names with the stupidest terms (I've experienced it :P ) So no worries. I wasn't saying it was in Japanese :P
