Well, the Void dampens Vader's connection to the Force, since he's technically seperated from the galaxy where it originates, but he probably could do a basic translation.

I just re-read the back story of the Void, and it specifically mentions that it has its own culture of stranded dimension hoppers and such. Should we have attracted attention from someone with powers? Who else is in the Void, anyway?
