I was wandering the endless tides of the 'net and then stumbled across this site after I checked the progression of a RP that I was once apart of. I wasn't able to continue due to Real Life taking priority, but I did decide to check up on my old comrades just to see how things progressed in my absence. And strangely enough, that's how I came across Roleplayer Guild.

If you must know some things about me; well, I have some experience with pen-and-paper roleplaying games, but I am not a expert. To be honest, I enjoy reading the sourcebooks more than anything, and have often considered many of the systems simply too complicated to play. But that being said, I try to remain as faithful to the world as I possibly can, and will take unpopular roles for the sake of the game. For example; in a fantasy game, I will play the Absolute Monarch opposing the other players who normally want to reform everything. Or I shall take the role of... What was that word Deus-Ex made up... A 'bio-conservative' in a Cyberpunk game.

With that out of the way, I suppose I should describe some of my interests. In the SciFi vs Fantasy debate, I currently prefer the latter. But it's close; I'm also a big fan of Science Fiction, and my preference changes on a whim and sometimes even with the seasons. But I'll always enjoy post-apocalyptic fiction, and the folklore surrounding the mythological 'Fair Folk', regardless of my preference for a sword or a lightsaber. I'm also quite partial to Cosmic Horror, having read a anthology of Lovecrafts classic short stories as a youth.

I hope to become a decent poster, and I will write to the best of my ability for whichever games I'm apart of.
