First off, please don't take this interest check as an example of my writing. I'm a bullet points kind of guy when it comes to these sort of things, but trust me, you'll get paragraphs. Oh, you'll get paragraphs.
I wanted to get this out there before I lose the few details already come to mind...
Basically, I'd like to base an RP around the idea of someone coming to a 'new world' of sorts, but it's the world we currently know (and love? maybe?). The when/where is TBD, and we can figure that out together if you'd like. It could be a different time period, different world, different 'realm'. The main relationship will be between my character and yours, one of us being the 'stranger', and one being your average, everyday citizen of the current world. The plot will focus on their relationship as friends, the things the 'stranger' learns, the things the citizen learns from them, etc. That being said, there is definitely room for romance in this.
I've got to admit, I haven't done too much fantasy in my RPing, so this idea is a bit of a stretch for me, but I'm ready for something new and hopefully we can work together to make it great. Like I said, this is a very 'bare bones' idea right now, with a lot to be filled in. Looking for someone who sees a spark in it and wants to fill in the blanks with me.
A few basic ground rules...
-Please be able to post at least once every other day. I've got a full time job and a life outside of that, so I totally get time gaps, but I feel like this is a reasonable amount? If you just can't do it, let me know, I can be patient.
-Please keep post length at a minimum of 3 paragraphs. I tend to match my partner in post length, but prefer 5+. Obviously, with dialogue-heavy posts, this can be different.
-You do not want me to play a girl. I can't. I won't. Maybe that's ignorant somehow, but it ain't a pretty writing site.
