Hello, Roleplayer Guild.

I am m0rning and I have been roleplaying through several different websites and platforms for the past nine or ten years. I spent the last year backpacking across my country. I now attend University, working on a double major in English and Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. I intend to travel the world teaching English as a Second Language once I have earned my Bachelor of Arts degree. I like to play guitar and I am a big fan of almost everything to do with computers. I have been roleplaying for a long time, but like everybody, I am not without faults. Please forgive me ahead of time for any mistakes I make while I acclimate to this new community.

Thanks for reading.

Welcome to the guild, m0r.

I do hope you enjoy your stay and like being a member of our community. We have a vast range of genres that may interest you.

Seeing as you intend to travel the world teaching English, is that going to be your job and where do you think you'll be heading first?

Thank you, Derpestein.

I look forward to my time here. You all seem like a great group and I'm sure I will stick around for a while. Your genres are quite extensive and I'm looking forward to exploring through some of the roleplays already established here.

I do intend to teach ESL (English as a Second Language) as a job - there are a great deal of employment opportunities that involve year-long work terms to a given country and the system you're teaching for more often than not will house you for the duration of your teaching term. Some even give you money for food in an allowance independent of your actual pay. The money is decent when you consider how few expenses you actually have. I intend to do this to pay off my loans and see the world while I'm at it. I will return home once my wanderlust is satisfied and likely return to school for an education degree so I may teach English in a High School.

As for my first destination, I have yet to decide. There's roughly fifty countries that I'd love to go to (and at a year a piece, I can't go to them all this way!) and narrowing down the list is very difficult. I will likely just decide on a year by year basis based on where I can find the best position (pay, accommodations, etc.) and play it that way.

Accidentally doubleposted because of a bad encounter with my refresh button. I apologize.
