A weird incident happened. It seems that cellphones that had been in a certain small town, on a certain date, between 12pm-5pm, have all gained sentience and the ability to take on human forms...magically. With the second hand electronics store in this town, and a truck of new smartphones passing through...there are at least a few thousand of these 'miracle' phones out there.
This RP is about the height of the discovery of the phenomenon, and the group of people with these odd cellphones who gather in order to discuss this.
Characters are either humans or sentient cellphones.
