I'm looking for one or two fluffy, angsty, romancey M/M rps. I still want a good plot and goal in my rps though!
What I'm looking for-
-I type up like, 2-3 paragraphs a post, but it depends on what I'm given. I'd like you to be the same.
-I'm in my mid 20s, you need to be 18+. I don't wanna feel like a pedo, and I want some maturity in my stories.
-Our main characters will also be 18+, no exceptions. Extra characters can be whatever makes sense.
-I won't play with subs, I just don't find it fun to always have to be dom. I also prefer more masculine characters.
-I need a faster pace to keep interested, at minimum a post a day, preferably multiple especially over the weekends. That doesn't mean you can't take days off though, life and shit happens!
-I'm terrible at smut, but I'll try. Be up front with kinks, there are going to be some I can't do.
-No incest, no pedophilia, no teacher/student type pairings.
-PMs only please, maybe a thread, but nothing off site.
Plots-
Prince/whatever
Seriously, I just wanna play my Prince character. Sweet guy, people person, trained as a knight, his older brother wants him dead.
Could go many different ways-
-His brother, the King, sends him to 'slay a dragon'. Aka, get killed by a dragon. He meets the dragon, but makes it clear he really just wants to go live as a peasant somewhere, which piques the dragon's interest. Unbeknownst to everyone, the Dragon can appear as human at will, and is known as a lord/noble of the area.
-The Prince is kidnapped by pirates/thieves/assassins for extortion and blackmail, but realize too late that the King gives no shits about it and is totally okay with the Prince being killed. Now they don't know what to do with him, but he seems content to just hang out.
-A noble wants to use the Prince for his own devices, either to overthrow the King, steal artifacts, ect, but ends up slowly falling for the Prince in his attempts to woo him. The Prince knows it's all for political gain, so he doesn't realize the noble's intentions have changed.
-A secret traitor has infiltrated the castle, planning on destroying the kingdom from the inside out. He befriends the Prince in an attempt to get closer to the King and royal secrets and finds that the Prince is really honestly a good person. His mission is slowly falling apart as he falls hard for the Prince.
Phantom of the Opera
This is a goddamn shot in the dark and I know it. Knowledge of the book isn't required, but welcome, if you've only seen the play/movie, that is a-okay. I will be playing the male oc, and I'm looking for a convincing Eric. Lorenzo 'Zenzo' Rossi (My oc) is an employee of the Opera House, it didn't close right after the Opera Ghost incident, if anything it only brought in more patrons (at least for a time). Zenzo is a quiet man, a cellist, and a beautiful tenor, however, when not singing he has a debilitating stutter. Unable to break into the opera cast even as choir, he keeps to himself and is generally thought to be simple. Erik, surviving in the shadows of the Opera House still, hears Zenzo sing, and though he has potential, he dare not reveal himself. However, to cash in on the 'Opera Ghost' craze, an opera has been commissioned to tell the tale, of course to be debuted where it all happened. Erik is infuriated! However, if his story is to be told, he will have a say in it, namely, who will be playing him.
Beauty and the Beast
Years ago the owner of the castle-like manor was cursed to be a beast, only turning into a human in the moonlight. He was told, if he could find someone who he loved, and loved him in return, he would turn back into a human and regain all the riches of his previous life. Well it had been decades, and he had nearly given up hope until a lost man on his way to the next town steps up to his door. He captures the man, giving him the option to either help the beast find a girl to fall in love with him or die. Well, not planning on dieing anytime soon, the lost man agrees. The beast doesn't realize however that love can come from anywhere, and his salvation might be the man now under his employ. I will be playing the sarcastic little shit lost guy.
Far far away
A normal human (my character) from earth is sucked into a portal to a magical world, where he is told he is the reincarnation of a long lost god and told he must save the world from impending doom. The problem is he is pretty sure he is absolutely none of that. He (understandably) flips his shit and runs away, only to be found by your character who tells him he was summoned by the ruling theology of the planet, who is pretty much crazy at that point trying to fix the dying world. The native can be anyone, royalty, a nonbeliever, a convict, a magical experiment gone wrong, but they're now on the run as well. They decide to try to try and find a way back to earth, and maybe save the world in the process.
Masks-
Supers--people that have in one way or another gained super human abilities--are about one in a million. Powers can be genetic, from a chemical or scientific experiment, from artifacts, or, very rarely, seemingly popping up from nowhere and nothing. These powers can range from being able to change the color of one’s own hair, to being able to obliterate a building with just a mean look. These people can all at once command a great respect, love, and fear. Grav was a super, but he gave it up three long years ago, he killed his hero persona and continued on as a normal human. He had his reasons, but he left behind a still active partner who thinks he's actually dead. They meet as civilians, not knowing who the other was and fell hard and fast. But things are not well in the city, and it's forcing Grav out of hiding. I'm looking for a Captain America or Superman type character to play with, a good guy, strength based, to play off my more psychic ish type guy.
