Username: Resentment Fray

Name: Atticus Fray

Age: 18

Appearance: A young woman of rather austere personality, Atticus's appearance is notable for her jet black hair, pale skin, and amber eyes. Several piercings dot her ears and she will typically wear a thin but wide bracelet of gold on her right hand.

Gender: Female.

History:

Born to a couple of archivalists that lived in a small flat in the capital city, Atticus showed an affinity for basic element control that landed her in an academy with the sole purpose of creating suitable units of soldiers of every occupation. While away from her home, she grew more silent and introverted. Despite this, she did relatively well in field work which eventually led to her being trained as a rookie in one of the scouting units dispatched across the enemy and satellite nations.

Nation: The Empire.

Weapon/Skills:

Magnus 6.3

One of the premium products of the Magnus series, the 6.3 fuses the best of Empire technology for use particularly by electric magic users. These gauntlets fit over the hand in a relatively sleek grey skin with a red base plate. Scales present can expand or contract by distinguishing different flares of energy sent by the user. They serve to channel these bursts of energy and enhance them.

In general, as a scout, Atticus is notable for her speed, agility, reaction time, ability to take a punch, and to pack one as well.

Magic Affinity:

A user of electric magic, Atticus is able to exploit the properties of electricity from lightning to static. This gives her an amount of influence over technology as well.

You feel left out? I'm the only guy from Swyn and also the only guy rocking no magic, lol. Mind you i'm not complaining, being granted access to a shotgun makes things more than even in my opinion.

@Diabolic I'm aware, I just mean as far as nationality goes Jacque's on his own. Again, not making a fuss. I have t admit that i'm rather surprised people weren't interested in Swyn as a choice of origin/allegiance though considering that it allows one to make a pretty durable character. The way I see it, you've got to be either tough or smart to make it in a harsh land like that. Well, that or rich enough to afford the finer comforts in life.

@MonsieurShade I was actually going to make the wolf an assassin from Swyn, he would be anonymous most the time as he is now, necause of a cloak he would wear, I had a whole story laid out and everything. But thought it cool if he worked for the Empire

@NoobCW Lol, sorry, m8. Still green around the edges here. Anyways, time for more silly questions.

Is there no post order? Should I just launch straight into a post then? From reading through, it seems everyone is about to head out and transition someplace new.

@Resentment Fray A bit of friendly advice, try to wait in between posts for a certain number of posts to appear after yours. I've found that a few role plays tended to suffer because two people would post one after the other and leave everyone else in the dust. In my particular case, I try to hold off on posting until at least two people have posted after my last post. Keeps everything flowing smooth. Not saying it's what you gotta do, just saying that it might help.

@MonsieurShade I find that to be universal in every group RP, so I will adhere to that here as well. Thank you for the advice.

@Diabolic As for that, I am of European descent (Italian, Spanish) but I was actually born in Venezuela. Currently dwelling in the States.

@MonsieurShade it really does help, in one RP im doing i almost had to wait a while day without posting because i didnt feel like it was "my turn" because the events that were happening had nothing to do with me at all lol, and i didnt wanna make something happen in the background with just me, so a secondary character can almost always help. But its a little hard to juggle it for newbs like myself
