Hello fellow lovers of Pokemon!

I had an idea for a pokemon RP that takes place in the Kalos region. Basically it would be the usual deal: Everyone makes a trainer who will start in a single town, meet the professor, go on a journey etc. Everyone will get a chance to form teams of their own and take on the gym leaders, fight a new team of bad guys, and eventually face off against the elite four. I have a plot in mind and will be playing as the bad guys who occasionally pop up and reveal certain pieces of information. It will be up to you guys to put the pieces of the puzzle and stop the new team before something really bad happens to Kalos.

I know this is kind of vague, but before I give out an abundance of information, I want to see who will be interested in at least participating. If I get a good amount of interest, I'll put up an ooc with all of the plot information and such that will help explain a little more.

So, any takers?

I'm interested. Though I do have a question. Do our characters absolutely have to be trainers to start out with? Or could they be something else like a gym leader or even a member of Team Rocket? Figured I'd ask before I went wild with character ideas.

Good question. I will allow them to become/branch off into different types of trainers such as Rangers, Breeders, Scientists, etc and of course you are allowed to specialize in one type, though the Gym Leaders and bad guys are off limits.

How about a limit of characters? Like, I was thinking of having a brother/sister team with the brother staying behind in the city as an Eevee breeder while the sister goes out on the Pokemon journey. So he would still be a character, but probably recessed for a while until the plot picks up and then thrown into the middle of things...

Depending on how many people join in, I would be willing for people to add another character in time. So I'd say yes, go ahead and make the sister brother and I would allow later for him to be involved.

What is the age range you are looking at here?

I was thinking 15-20 or so
