There were casualties from the attack Some maimed, some murdered, others retired in fear of another strike at the next tournament. Finally, one has come forward. Ken Masters has invested his family fortune to start a new tournament league in an attempt to not only renew the might of the martial arts but also in hoped of bringing Ryu back into the light.
I am looking for a Co-GM who is more wise in the Capcom universe than I am to keep me in the guide-rails.
I WILL BE USING STATS to keep the game balanced. Fights will functions in 'rounds' of 10 second increments.
