Hi there, my name is mystique and I'm a 19 year old girl, I'm just looking for a few RPs to pass the time as I've recently finished school and I'm not too sure what to do with myself! In all honesty, I have done an RP in a while so bear with me if I'm a bit rusty in the beginnning! For the most part, I RP at about a high casual - advanced level and usually churn out around 3-4 paragraphs on average but I can do more or less depending on what I'm given! I do mxf pairing and mxm, however I do prefer to play the female and the bottom in each pairing - annoying, I know but I've tried the others and I tend to lose interest really quickly when I do it! Of course, if the plot is amazing, I can be swayed but most likely not.
I adore romance. To be honest, every RP I've ever done has always had this in it and I'd like to keep it that way. Of course, it doesn't have to be the sole purpose of the rp but there has to be some element of it or I'll probably lose interest. I love fantasy as well, a good demon x angel pairing is always fun. I love modern, slice of life and school based RPs as well. I'm really quite flexible in what we do, as long as there's romance in it and there's some basic plot to follow, I'm happy :-).
I generally don't do fandoms though because I never seem to be able to get the character quite right - I don't mind doing an RP based in the world but other than that, I probably won't do it unless I state otherwise.
Depending on how interested I am in the RP and what I'm doing, I can probably post a few times a day - sometimes less, especially on the weekends, as I do have a life and sometimes I just don't have the time. But I promise, you'll always get a reply and if I haven't replied in a while, don't hesitate to send me a message! Sometimes I do forget and if I lose interest, I will always let you know, instead of disappearing without a word. Also, just so I know you've read this, tell me your favorite superhero character if you message me.
I would prefer to RP on a thread as it's easier for me to keep track of but we can do PMs if you prefer. :-)
What I'm Looking For:
I would like someone who averages at around 3 paragraphs and can actually give me something I can reply to. I've encountered heaps of people who just give me a paragraph where their character is doing something completely unrelated to what I've written and it makes it really hard for me to come up with replies when I get that. A basic understanding of grammar and spelling is also a necessity as I really don't want to be sitting, staring at the screen for a good 20 minutes just trying to figure out what you've written. Someone who contributes to the plot and keeps the story moving would also be nice. No mary-sues or gary-stues either!
Also, please, if you lose interest - let me know! If you really don't like what we're doing, we can always drop the RP or we can brainstorm ideas on what to do! I hate it when someone just disappears without a trace because it's really just a waste of mine and your time and I could be RPing with someone else instead of waiting around for you to reply when you have no intention to. I honestly won't care if you just send me a message saying you want to drop the RP - shit happens. A warning would just be appreciated :-)

A seasoned novel editor is forced to change departments and work editing "adult" comic books. He doesn't get along with the main artist and hates work at first, but what happens when the main characters of the comic book start to resemble the editor and artist? And they're involved in a few, er... adult situations. (I can play either, though I'd prefer the editor. Can be changed to novels instead of comics.)
That is the question. Two "straight" men are never left alone by women. Their parents are constantly bugging them to settle down with a nice lady, and they're harassed by women even in the workplace. They start working together (boss x employee fun!) and find out they both have the same problem. There's an easy fix--pretend they're gay, with each other. Simple, right? The problem is, the closer they become as friends, the more each of them wishes it wasn't just an act. (Can be switched to high school!)
He has always pretended to be straight. He wasn't a jock or a nerd or anything particularly important, but he liked life to be simple. It would be far too bothersome to be teased, because it would interfere with his studies. So what is he supposed to do when the most popular guy in school, and also his secret crush, confesses to him in front of the whole school? What are his motives? (Would prefer to be the shy guy, but can be either)
They are partners. At first, they hate each other--can't stand the other. Their coworkers think they are a couple; naturally, two gay men can't argue that much, be around each other constantly, and not be sleeping together. Both of them constantly argue with this image, but then one of them starts agreeing with the rumors. The hate relationship turns into one of their obsession, and the people around the obsessee keep dying. (I would like to play the obsessee)
He's been a little country vet for years. He's always wanted more out of life, but the option never arose. Finally, he hears from a friend that a big timer businessman in the city wants a live-in vet. It seems bizarre, and insane, but the pay is good and the rent is free. Why not? Only, he didn't expect the arrogant asshole businessman to be the animal he's supposed to take care of.... (I would prefer to play the vet) *the other is a shapeshifter
Well, I once did something like this, the student's a new kid at the college and he's taken an instant disliking to his English teacher. The teacher gives him numerous detentions, but it doesn't seem to do anything. So the teacher takes on another tactic.
Harrassment. Touching. Kissing. But nothing further than a few harmless touches and kisses here and there. That is, until the teacher starts to actually develop feelings for him. The student could report him, but he doesn't. He's not going to lose to him. And slowly, the two start falling for each other.
There's just a few problems, the teacher has a fiance, they're both guys, and he also happens to be the student's father's childhood friend.

When MC was very young, he picked up a random, bleeding teenage boy in the streets and took care of him. Not only that, MC also appointed him as his personal butler from that point on. That orphaned boy was YC. And YC was more than touched with MC’s actions.
Now years have come and gone. MC is now the head of the house, and YC stood as his butler for most of his life. And still! YC doesn’t seem to be any closer into getting into MC’s pants—or rather, in his good graces. But YC doesn’t plan on giving up just yet. He has many other plans to get his master’s virginit—excuse him, his boss' attention.
