"I love you too" Ace said holding her close, the days passed and season changed ace staid by mandys side leaving only when need to help heal people, but always returned.

Mandy seemed to stay a lot longer than usually, but neither counted that as a bad thing. Mandy was cooking dinner for them as it began to storm outside. He was gone again and she hoped he would return safely.

He ran on in the storm worried about mandy, and fell tumbling down into a pit in the mud it took him a while to get out due to is broken leg. He kept weight off it shifting to his bird form which was a mistake as he was thrown around in the wind his wings easily broken but he made it home crashing through the windowshifting back to his two leg form just as he black out
