I'd panic, trying to move her as much as I could though saw no use. I tried to push the water away from beneath her but that too was pointless. "w-what do I do to help?" I asked, moving her about or at least attempted to, my hands all over her figure. eventually I'd fall back, causing a torch to fall from my trip that would land on the lap of your dress.

I sighed in defeat, shaking my head. "Forget it.. I-It's too la-." Before I could finish speaking, my body would be engulfed by the flames for a few seconds, keeping me unseen for that short amount of time. The fire disappeared soon after, and the puddle which was once sitting at my feet had vanished. Somehow I was no longer melting, and my legs which were once partially melted were back to normal and completely intact. "Wha…?" I murmured in confusion.

I'd get up, a bit confused as I walked over to her side as the flames died down. Blinking at her seeing her perfectly fine, I would help her up and dust off her skirt.
