@LazyEgg Thank you for your offer. I'll be sure to take you up on it. BTW, Gudetama is my favorite thing to come out of Japan by far.
Role Playing is super fun. I've been out of the game for two years (IBDP and all that jazz) and I was really happy to find this place. I love to write but haven't been able to for the longest time. BUT NOW THAT DP EXAMS ARE DONE, I CAN COME BACK. AH! SUCH EXCITE!

@SecretlyDiscord i have so many good things to say & no idea how to say them. but i will say this: I'm so glad. & Don't worry about it like, sometimes you gotta make mistakes to know whats up. Also...

We already have 2 types of activists:

1. Peaceful protestor ties himself to a tree and passionately engages in discourse.

You are too kind. Also, I didn't think I'd find another human being who knew about Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name. I loved that comic! Have you read Tessa Stone's new one, Not Drunk Enough? I haven't had time to keep up with it, but I like what I've read so far. It's very much the same writing style.

AND OH MY GOD YES. That comic is like, half the reason I wanted to be a comic artist honestly;; hehe. It's my favorite.
And yes! I haven't caught up with it since I like to wait so I can binge chunks at a time. But I was so excited to hear she was coming back into the open with some new stuff.

@Attis I love her art style. I have tried to work some of that into my own stuff, but I can't seem to shake the 1970's feel to my art. What can I say, I like the retro stuff.

It was great to talk with you lot, but it's 1:30 AM where I'm at and I've got a full day ahead of me tomorrow. I'm going to hit the hay.

@LazyEgg yeah! I'm actually doing a painting of akito at the moment so i might post it here once im done...

But honestly it's so ugh because i can't settle on what i want him to look like ever. And I'm in this weird phase where I'm not sure if i wanna draw cartoony or semi-realistic and sometimes when you combine the two it ends up looking straight up weird so I'm really just a hot mess

@Attis YO I TOTALLY GET WHAT YOU MEAN. I'm in the middle of figuring out my own art style as well, and we all know just how fun the grueling process of repeatedly drawing and trashing your pieces is. Can't wait to see what you worked on, tho~

@sakurasan I completely understand. I have edited my post in a way that (I hope) makes things clearer.
I remember a few kids who used to write super OP characters (children of gods and whatnot) that just KILLED the story.
