My first idea

Angels are rare to ever see on earth o ever to interact with one. I was thinking during Christmas time, your character runs across a strange man that he can't help but feel is other worldly. Can he uncover the secret . The Archangel ? Gabriel the Meseenger of god only really comes down during festive seasons to watch and keep humanity safe.
