Let's start by making it clear that I currently have commitment issues I'm struggling to overcome -- yes, I do tend to disappear and I'm not gonna lie about that -- so I'm seeking a short-term rp that proceeds to establishing a solid romance as soon as possible. Perhaps I've grown impatient because of bad experiences, but to be honest, I've never once been able to reach the satisfying center of a slow-burning love story without either me or my partner losing interest first.
Now I'm not asking to toss out all the other content in favor of instant gratification; I'd just like things to move along at a good pace, even if that means we have to take a heavy-handed, over-dramatic approach to dealing with love and conflict.
