~A young king, fearing for his kingdom, calls upon the dark arts to aid him. He's always been sick, and none of his physicians can tell him why. His kingdom boarders two others that hate one another and it's only through their friendship with the young king that they haven't gone to war with one another yet. His fear fro his people is well founded as the battlegrounds would end up being his own lands, so in his desperation he delves deep into the books on black arts and finds a summoning spell. The spell is said to summon a being who can identify and cure all ailments. After a year of preparations, he's at last ready to activate the spell. When the smoke clears, the being standing before him is nothing like he imagined. The vampire however is a bit miffed at being summoned by a dabbler, but concedes to heal the boy anyways. It will take quite some time for him to clean the young kings blood, but until he does he must stay in the palace, much to his advisers' horror.

Oki, so, you're the king, and I'm the vampire. I like doing Character Sheets last, so do you wanna start with Setting, or Plot?

We can start with setting ^^

Oki doki! Do we wanna go with England castles and knights, or Edo palaces and samurai? I have ideas for both :P

Oki, feel free to veto any of this, but here's my thoughts. A nice big palace, lots of servants, classic red and black for the outside, with a large entrance hall, a big main council chamber for meeting the masses, and a slightly smaller one off to the side of that one with the big table and lots of cushions for meeting with the advisers. The(In this case) emperor would have his room on the second floor, and it's big with plenty of open space and purdy baubles, with a western style bed. You know, the one with four posters, lots of drapy hangy curtains and a canopy, and isn't on the ground :P I see plenty of rooms for visitors, and a nice kitchen on the first floor next to the large dining room on the opposite side of the main council chambers(The one for the masses) than the smaller council chambers. I like the classic kinda squarish look with the very nice garden in the middle complete with Sakura Trees and a Koi Pond :P And of course many many flowers, with grassy areas under the trees for sitting and eating :P

The grounds in front of the palace are rather open, and has little huts and smaller housing things where the servants and guards who don't stay in the palace live, and just outside the palace walls is a fine city. Because of it's peaceful nature, years ago the wall that surrounded the city was taken down, but there are still bit and pieces here and there where people have carved their names or beautiful frescos and murals. I don't see it as a particularly rich city, composed of mostly traders and merchants, but they have a decent amount of field space outside the city to grow crops. Those living along the outer edges of the city are mostly farmers, while the center of the city is populated by the merchants.

Yes, plot. I see the advisers trying to figure out what this new guy attached to their emperor is about, the hiring of assassins, oh! And maybe a secret plot to overthrow the emperor. What are your ideas?

I like the side plot of having someone taking Over the empire. Maybe it's one of his most trusted advisors or another vampire who's your character's enemy or something.

Or maybe another vampire decides to start a war against my character's kingdom in order to get back at your character?

I like the idea of the adviser/s trying to take over secretly. Maybe a few of them in cahoots, or just one of them, with connections to his/their own supernatural force/s. Maybe not a vampire, but something else that'll give him/them an edge.

Indeed. I think we're almost set. Now that we have the vague set of this, unless you wanna add more, I think we can do characters now.

Name: Hyugi Hisoro the Third (fancy little title here~)

Race: Human

Age: 20 years old

Height: 5 feet, 11 inches tall

Weight: 130 lbs.

Hair: Hyugi inherited his mother's light brown hair, though he inherited its curly attribute from his father. Although it is curly, it still manages to grow long enough to fall into his face like a permanent veil and he often has to cut it in order to keep it from growing out of control.

Eyes: Hyugi's eyes are almond shaped and is the color of a rare emerald gem; when he's in the sunlight, a few specks of brown seem to appear amongst the green and his eyes are what he is widely known for around his kingdom.

Skin: His skin is nearly the same color as the brown that can be seen in his eyes, though it is a bit lighter.

Build: Hyugi is tall and thin, just like his father was, but he wasn't as muscular as the former king.

Clothes: When he needs to dress formal, Hyugi usually has on an elaborate red kimono with golden designs along the side, along with a golden belt tied around his waist. However, the king does not like wearing his formal clothing all the time, since it is rather hard for him to more around freely, especially when he's practicing with his sword, so he wears a hakuma with nothing under it so that it is much easier to move around in.

Accessories: He always carries around a thin chain with a small watch attached to it in his pockets. However, inside the watch is actually a drawing of his parents and him when he was younger.

Powers/Skills(If Applicable): None, other than a few handy sword skills.

General Personality: Hyugi is a very outgoing and respectable young man. He always shows kindness towards others, even his enemies, but he knows who to trust and who not to trust as well. He can also be rather playful sometimes but also knows when it's time to be serious as well. Despite being very friendly, he rarely opens up to others, as he does not like dumping his emotional or physical burdens on others, which usually results in Hyugi accidently snapping on people sometimes.

Background: Hyugi was born to King Oruin Hisoro and Queen Aoi Hisoro, who were the rulers of the kingdom of Forison. While they loved their kingdom, they loved their only son even more. However, the queen died mysteriously when Hyugi was only a few months old, leaving his father to overlook their son and kingdom alone.

Hyugi had no idea that he was sick until he was about ten years old. He woke up feeling as though he couldn't move a muscle in his body and he felt sick to his stomach. After about an hour, one of the servants finally heard him calling for help and came into his room but, by that time, he as nearly unconscious. Thinking that the boy was near death, a physician was called and, much to his surprise, Hyugi was just fine though he did suspect that there was something going on with the boy and was asked that Hyugi was watched over; he didn't have another episode until the following month.

However, now that he was older and was now the king of a kingdom that sat between two warring kingdoms, Hyugi felt himself falling into more and more episodes that lasted much longer than they used to. Sometimes, he would spend days lying in his room simply because he had no energy to move. It bad even gotten to the point where there would be a little bit of blood whenever he vomited. After a while, he could no longer stand the stress of the warring kingdoms nor the fact that his body was slowly deteriorating; so he turned to the dark arts to help his situation...

Wow, this guy's CS is much shorter than the last 4 vampires I've done. . . .Prolly 'cause of the Clothes section :P I tend to go itno detail with clothes, but in this case. . . . .

Name: Kinn(Keen)

Race: Vampire

Age: Ancient, looks 22ish

Height: 6' 5”

Weight: 146lbs

Hair: Silver, ankle length, bangs as long as the rest of the hair, no real part unless he wills it, then it parts down the middle.

Eyes: Vivid green with flecks of gold

Skin: Alabaster

Build: Lithe, no real muscle definition, but not weak looking per se.

Clothes: Simple black silk robe with a dragon clasp at the top and a deep hood. He comes up with any excuse not to wear clothing as he is more comfortable nude, but for the most part he can be talked into wearing light drapy single layer clothing.

Accessories: Silver amulet with a clear stone on a silver chain. The faint shape of a dragon can be seen in the stone, but only when looking really hard.

Powers/Skills(If Applicable): Is stronger and faster than normal humans, and can call upon a variety of dark spells to get his job done including, but not limited to: Charm, Dark Messenger, Paralysis, Sleep, and Conjure Plant. He can seem to defy gravity at times, jumping higher than one can imagine or walking up a wall, but for the most part they are simply spells to help him get around.

General Personality: Kinn seems very detached, going about his job in a strait forward manner. However when he begins getting tired he becomes rather charming and clingy. He's always very confident in what he's doing and even if he fails he doesn't lose that confidence, he simply resolves to try harder. He has a particular fondness for watching people rather than interacting with them en-mass, finding one-on-one company more appealing once he begins relaxing.

Background: His past is shrouded in mystery, however he does recall that he was cursed by a dragon long ago to do what he does. He has passed from person to person, doing as he is bidden, and has long forgotten what it is to have his own aspirations. He has his likes and dislikes, but he isn't working towards any particular goal. He's not even sure if the cruse will ever break, so he simply focuses at his tasks as they come. He was last called over eighty years ago by a man wishing to retrieve his daughter from the clutches of a pack of otherworldly creatures, and has been hibernating since then in the place he always returns to in between each summoning.
