"It is common knowledge that opposites attract and without one, there could not be the other. But if one was to disappear suddenly after years on end of it's existence, would the other disappear suddenly as well... "

There is constant war among mankind and time of peace has been nothing more than silence in disguise of pending disaster. When mankind lost the battle against animal cruelty and science, they suffered the consequence of "payback" as they would call it. One bad apple took down the whole orchard. Thus caused it's own pending destruction of the human race as death followed many. Religion became obsolete as humanity came to a screeching halt in its population rate, reproduction was becoming harder and survival was an even bigger struggle. Human science created the Anthro in animals, human-like beasts who walk the same Earth as humans. Human's cruelty towards animals not only created such things but was the cause of their own downfall.

Generations have passed and the beastkin have become fairly populated nearly overtaking humans who continue to slowly die off. They have developed their own societies, learned to craft and build, even begun building their history. Though they followed the steps of man, they were seen as more, and better than the last. Taking a few steps back, they crafted basic weapons for survival and continued making housing primarily out of stone. It was a repeated cycle of a different race...

War is on the rise once more, humans nearly out the way, the only thing left was to wait for the beastkin to turn against each other; and so they did. By now, the beastkin have created separate tribes, different beliefs, and opposing ideas of different topics. Two specific tribes have rose to the top of reputation making a notorious name for themselves along with being more advance than others below them. However, these tribes do not enjoy their rivals. Volcanoes have erupted, seas have flooded low area causing an uproar and the only ones to blame was each other due to misguided truth. How will the war of religion, race and the world come to a close....

The setting takes place on a large island that once was part of the modern human continents. It's once unified edges were separated due to a shift in the tectonic plates causing a continental drift. Though the land is not far from the modern human continents and could be seen from the highest point, it is considered forbidden by most tribes to even think about going over there. One of the most addressed places is known as the lands of Magnus which has various of section or cities surrounding a large, active volcano. The inhabited tribe known as, The Shielded Runes, make their home there and often believes that the volcano represents a God called Cargen. Another well known piece of land on the island is called Eylumis, a dense forest protected by jagged mountains that is near Magnus. The tribe of Gale's Hallow are considered more primitive and feral compared to the Shielded Runes thus are often seen as enemies more times than not. The island itself have recently adopted the name of; Jumara.

The Shielded Runes
Hailing primarily from the Northwestern part of the volcanic lands known as Magnus, that gazes down upon the Forest of Eylumis. The Shielded Runes are a small group of tough shelled mercenaries who were raised in the tough terrain of Magnus who currently reside in the city of Noul. Shielded Runes is made up of four beastkin, who are proud to wear the heavy armor forged straight from Magnus’s Volcano; Mount Cargen. Their armor has an obsidian texture and is difficult to break. There is only one human who acts as a Diplomat for the Shielded Runes due to feral instincts, this help prevent unnecessary spilled blood. The Diplomat generally is treated lesser due to hidden lines of racial tension within the group itself.
Every Solar Dusk of the Solar Phase, those who wear the Shielded Runes volcanic forged, obsidian armor gets the blessing of Mount Cargen. This shifts their armor into full plated suits covering any exposed flesh making them completely impenetrable. However, once the Solar Phase has completely ended, any who wore the armor loses a sense of eyesight when the Lunar is about at that time.

What is the requirements to participate?
+ The player should be able to respond at minimal; 3 to 4 days a week. But that is a loose 'rule'.
+ While we all make mistakes, efforts to fix them is a must or make the post at least readable.
+ Two-Three paragraph at minimum per post. While I would like to see more, sometimes it cannot be helped. (Etc: Conversations)
+ Follow Rules and Guidelines.
+ Ages 18+ due to possible gore and extreme drama. Unless convinced otherwise.

Why is Gale's Hallow lacking in Information?
This is because the Leading position for Gale's Hallow is open. This would technically be considered a co-GM positioning and is to give the future leader of the tribe a chance to add their own twist to the RP. To apply for this position, I must receive a Character Sheet for the character in question through Messages. You will be judged strongly.

Will there be a posting order?
That is correct. Until the halfway point of the RP, both tribes have their separate posting order meaning two people will be posting at the same time.

Are Humans considered slaves to the beastkin?
Technically no, however this can differ on tribes. Due to past racial tensions and the damage humanity have caused to the animals, there can be some conflict against other characters (If you are playing a human). The major roll of the human is to converse between tribes via the other Diplomat. They are usually along side the other members of the tribe (To prevent lost/dropped characters). Some humans can be treated as slaves while others could be more neutral. If you do not like to be treated as a slave, converse with the player playing the leader of said tribe.
