Also, really really sorry about my disappearing act; I should have a post up soon. I feel bad that I've been so sporadic in my attendance -_- When a holiday weekend threatens to eat away the only time I get for homework, I tend to stress "liek woah" and disappear...

Moving! I know what that's like; I've been moving for most of my life. It takes up a lot of time and can be very stressful. Where are you two moving to? How will that affect your work? The hardest thing is always uprooting oneself after establishing roots. Ugh.

Yeah, same here. Moved all over as a kid, then the whole Navy thing had me moving errwhere. We've lived in this area for, god, four years now?? Longest I've ever lived in the same city.

We're not moving far, which is nice. We are going up to Whidbey Island, about 2.5 hours North. I'm trying to get us a place in Anacortes. There's a Shell refinery next door apparently, so at least I might have a shot at a job???

If we get this place (the only affordable place on the goddamn island it looks like), my getting a job becomes less vital for the time being. I've been doing some volunteering with a local library doing STEM outreach, so if I can keep doing things like that I'd be happy. Husbandito has until 2018 on his contract, so when he's out we can move wherever I find work.

Hey :) Sorry for disappearing for a bit: There's been a death in the family that is resulting in some major life changes for me, so I'm gonna be MIA for a while. Hopefully not too long -- gotta get things settled first. Apologies, and thanks for understanding.

I know I said I was going to reply much sooner, but I had to get through the task of rereading the RP and other things got in the way and just...GAH! In any case, I do apologize! So you're one of those affected by the seasons! I'm just in a better mood when it's sunny!

I'm doing alright! Keeping busy, life stays interesting, but I'm in a good place, so I can't complain :)

SO GLAD you're back! I was beginning to worry! And now I get to reacquaint myself with a certain RP :3
