So i'm thinking of starting a Role-play based on just the vampires of Vampire Diaries and the reason for this is because it would take place farther into the future. So all the humans (Elena, Matt ect.) would be long gone. The plan would be that we make our own characters to interact with the other vampires and of course we would all fall into responibility to act out one of the VD characters like I would be Damon and someone else would be Stefan and so on. If this gets enough interest I will develop a main starting story point but for now I wanted to see if anyone was interested. :)

A few of questions if you don't mind?
1) Will the game take place in Mystic Falls or somewhere else?
2) Do we have to take on the role a canon character, or can we just play our one original character?
3) How well versed do we need to with the Vampire Diaries? I haven't read the books but I've some of the television series.

I think it will take place in mystic falls unless everyone votes otherwise just because its a more familiar place.
You dont have to be one of the canon characters but we just have to make sure we fill most of the important roles, some people can even choose not to have an original character.
And i'll most likely base it off the shows so really all you need to know for this is just the character personalities(if you are playing one of the characters) and the rough lay out of the town :) and of course the rough storyline of the show. Like vervain, silver, the vampire hunters. Just stuff like that, which I'm also sure can be quickly found online lol

Elena isn't human, hasn't been human for a while.

i know, but we are making her human for this just so the roleplay still doesnt revolve all around her.
