I already have a basic plot planned out, but we certainly don't have to use it if you don't want to. Basically, it takes place in New York City where a large assassin organization is held. Naruto is one of its top assassins and considers himself one of the best. Then, he's assigned a partner; the younger brother of the president of the organization.
