Andrea is a 5'6" fit African American woman with some asian inflections, with slight muscle definition visible on her body. She has glowing fiery yellow irises surrounded by black sclera as part of her Cambion nature. Her dark brown hair is often worn in a ponytail of sorts, but is otherwise often kept straight. As part of her demonic heritage, she has two small horns that stand from her forehead, small but noticable fangs, slightly pointed ears and a slightly barbed prehensile tail. Andrea also possesses a pair of large functional bat-like wings that can manifest from her back at will. Often times Andrea wears tank tops so her wings can easily emerge when needed, though when the weather gets cooler she wears a leather jacket. Often seen wearing jeans as well as basic leather boots, Andrea is a bit more practical in terms of her outfits.

Occupation |
Andrea currently works at Grant's Garage as one of the regular mechanics. The shop itself is owned by her grandparents, and while her grandparents provide more than enough for her, she's paid minimum wage for tax and legal reasons. She also is a member of the local Foxhound Militia, but her attendance is only on a weekend basis for meetings and training exercises, with actual adventure contracts coming in on a monthly basis.

Personality |
Andrea is a fun-loving and hedonistic individual who takes life as she likes it. Despite her hedonistic nature, she's isn't entirely self centered, as she has no qualms with helping other people out. Having grown up entirely on movies and video games, Andrea loves a good adventure, and is eager to do a little bit of heroics on the side of need be. As someone who tries to enjoy herself when the opportunity arises, she often acts with a little dramatic flair to spice things up. Some people might find that annoying but she doesn't care, though her demonic heritage has plagued her with issues of bullying and resentment from others all throughout her life. Because of this, she sometimes suffers from near crippling self doubt and identity issues. She loves firearms, automobiles, ice cream, egg rolls, pizza, video games, movies, art, and 80s music, while she hates soccer moms, pious people, gatekeeping individuals, fun police and poorly prepared poultry. Andrea is also a hopeless romantic who's attracted to both sexes, and while she might chalk it up to her Cambion nature, it's not something she believes entirely.

Background |
Andrea was born in New York City under a succubus mother named Virkatha, and a human father named Johnny Grant. Both of them were rather neglectful of their newborn child who came from an unplanned pregnancy, and often neglected her in favor of abusing drugs and alcohol together. It wasn't long before Andrea's human grandparents, Lionel and Susan Grant, learned of her neglect. Once they did, a custody battle took place and the grandparents won, taking Andrea back to their home in Springfield. Since Andrea was taken in by her grandparents at the age of 3, she didn't have much memory of her parents' mistreatment, though some of her shy and hesitant behavior could be explained by it.

Since then, Andrea was raised by her grandparents, living the quiet but somewhat adventurous life that a kid normally would in a small town. She was often picked on as a kid for her demonic ancestry and Cambion nature, and it nearly got to the point where she nearly used her innate fire abilities to burn down her middle school at night. She was talked down from one of the teachers that knew her well, and after sorting things out with her grandparents, Andrea was able to get out of that situation with no charges, and continue on with her education. However, Andrea played lots of video games and watched lots of movies growing up, and in between watching and experiencing these adventures on the screen, she went out on adventures of her own around Fairview County with her childhood friends. Such experiences entertained the idea of being a town hero, though going out on adventures, helping people out and being accepted by the locals was something that she could only dream of for a long itme.

After she turned 18, such a dream was slowly becoming a reality. While she also entertained the thought of being an actress or a film director, having helped out many of her friends in making short films when she could, she tried dabbling into other parts of life she enjoyed after graduating high school. Once she did graduate, she worked part-time as a mechanic at Grant's Garage, the garage itself owned and ran by her grandparents. As she worked, she fostered her skills in the things she loved. Her love for guns and cars was inherited from her grandfather, as she often went out hunting with him and helped him fix his vehicles. Her love for art and movies was inherited from her grandmother, the ex-hollywood actress helping Andrea out on movie and art-related endeavours. Life was relatively mundane for a few years, but shortly after Andrea turned 22, things became a little less mundane. In what Andrea calls 'Zombie Woods Incident', Andrea was called out to help a family fix their RV that got stranded in the woods. A horde of zombies in a darker side of the woods closed in on the RV, but Andrea managed to fix it in time and allow the family to escape to town. Because of this, she was accepted and well-regarded in town, sometimes referred to as the "Greased Angel" in an ironic and genuine manner. That incident, while it has drawn Andrea closer to the idea of being a town hero, has also prompted her to carry a firearm with her at all times, as that incident was a pretty close call for her.

Since then, while working part-time at Grant's Garage, she joined up with the Foxhound Militia in order to learn how to become better at this 'heroing' thing. Over the course of six years, she's learned some martial arts, effective weapon usage, as well as some more 'tactical' expertise that some of the ex-military guys taught her. She's also been on several small adventures throughout the county too, often rescuing people from dangerous areas or hunting dangerous game. But most of the time, her life has been pretty quiet and mundane, her routine only sprinkled in by a few dates, parties and adventures. While she was content with where she was at and what she was doing, she hopes to be the woman that her family and friends could be proud of.

Abilities |
Andrea possesses a variety of abilities granted to her from her demonic ancestry. Chiefly among them, she could manifest a pair of leathery bat-like wings from her back, that will appear appear in a brief blaze of fire, and burn away when desummoned. Andrea also has the ability to manifest and control flames from any part of her body, whether it would be just heating herself up so she could cook an egg on her hand, make firey hands, or simply be a living flamethrower. Andrea could also easily resist heat and fire, reducing burns by two degrees, and is immune to fire she creates herself. Manifesting her wings and fire consumes energy, and can wear Andrea down if she does it too much. As a result, she eats quite a lot so she can use her firey abilities on a regular basis.

Extra Notes |
Andrea, when allowed, would often carry a Beretta 92FS Compact 9mm pistol in a concealed place, often within her jeans or in the small of her back. Legally purchased, the Beretta is one of Andrea's go-to weapons. Her grandfather Lionel Grant is a decorated war hero who participated in the Vietnam War, and also was a popular local civil rights activist. Her grandmother Susan Grant was a small-time local celebrity for participating in a few Hollywood films back in the day, as well as an artist who's known locally for her paintings of the beautiful landscapes and creatures of Fairview County.

Vincent is a white hispanic male who always possesses a pale skin tone. Thanks to his vampirism, his pallid tone gives him an obvious mark, other than the blood-red irises and long fangs that reveal his true nature. He keeps his brown hair short, and complimenting the shorter sides is the stubble he maintains on his face. Always wearing a three-piece suit of some kind, as well as designer clothing and accessories of some sort, Vincent maintains a immaculate and controlled appearance at almost all times. All metallic accessories he possesses are made of polished chrome alloys made to last beyond lifetimes.

Occupation |
CEO of Artemis LLC, a corporate firm that owns many of the businesses in Springfield. He may also be a criminal mastermind, but so far there has been no evidence to convict him of any crimes.

Personality |
A polite, well-mannered individual who simply does what he wants, how he wants it, any time he wants to. Everything he does is well calculated, and he likes to remain one step ahead of his opposition. He doesn't see the sides of good or evil, he simply sees allies and competition. While he is willing to step on others to get ahead, he is far from the type to cause unnecessary suffering, or other types of 'needless barbarism'. Far from a hero, he only helps others if it benefits him, or if he's in a good mood, has little to no cost to himself. Despite this borderline sociopathic mindset, he still has personal affections for other people, and he does still have clear morals that set him apart from standard villains. He enjoys simple and expensive pleasures of all kinds, as he likes wine, books, helicopters, high-stakes gambling, women, vintage sports cars and breeding magical beasts. However, he very much dislikes needless barbarism, the sun, incompetence, and self-righteous people. What ultimately matters to him in the grand scheme of things, is whether or not he is in control.

Background |
Not much is known about Vincent, and he prefers to keep it that way. In his own words, "the less one knows about your past, the less control they have over you." He maintains that he was born in Colombia, though his slightly inconsistent public records casts doubt on that claim. He's been seen throughout history, however, and photo records exist to as far back as the 1930s, where he was amongst many in the administration of Fascist Italy. He lived under a different name at the time, but once Italy fell to the Allies, it was believed that Vincent helped the United States and other allied nations in fighting Nazi Germany in exchange for amnesty, using his vampiric abilities for interrogation of high-ranking POWs. Since then, Vincent assisted the US in the Cold War for various projects and operations. While his history from 1945-1975 simply didn't exist (though he started popping up in public records more often since the Mythic Dawn), he was well documented in his participation of Operation Condor, the US campaign of political repression and state terrorism that pervaded South America, particularly in supporting fascist regimes in repressing left-wing individuals as part of the Cold War strategy to stop communism. Vincent's face showed up in a variety of photos for a variety of right-wing juntas, often seen beside or behind various generals, military officers and even dictators. However, in 1989, the Berlin Wall fell, and so did the Soviet Union in 1991. Fascist regimes were no longer needed, and neither was Vincent.

In 1992, Vincent moved to the United States. While he had enough wealth and money to start up plenty of businesses and possibly his own enterprise, most of the popular junctions for such were already crowded. New York City and Los Angeles were out of the question, and Vincent didn't have enough clout or wealth to muscle out any other competition in the large cities. However, the city of Springfield interested him not only for its proximity to gate location, but its isolated but populous nature. He moved to Springfield, and spent a whole lot of his time there buying and developing real estate. From the start, Vincent did this under the name of Artemis LLC, the corporation he owned in its entirety. Said corporation was used to buy ownership of various businesses in town, build new ones and create entirely new markets, turning Springfield from a backwater town into a small magical city. While Vincent single-handedly vitalized Springfield into a bustling hub, he did his best to maintain Springfield's isolation from the rest of the country, as outside popularity would bring too many variables into his scheme. Over time, Vincent came into possession of light industrial centers, residential villas, business plazas, entertainment venues, magical farms and Club Shadowfell.

While an office building down the street was the de jure headquarters of Artemis LLC, Vincent's de facto headquarters was Club Shadowfell. The only nightclub in all of Springfield, it was one of the very few places where Vincent can comfortably conduct his business. By the time he owned the only nightclub, casino and about half of the entertainment venues around town, Vincent became a household name in Springfield. People likened him to a crime boss of sorts, as some of the very few crimes that happen in Fairview County remain unsolved, with loose links to Vincent and his operations. No one really knows what Vincent's game is, and he prefers to keep it that way.

Abilities |
Vincent is a powerful vampire with a wide array of abilities. Chiefly among them is his invulnerability to everything non-wooden, as well as his incredible strength and speed. In addition to his immortality and ability to walk on any surface, he has incredible latent abilities to manipulate the mind of nearly anyone or anything. Anyone who's mind is weaker-willed than his can fall under his control, whether it would be hypnosis, dream/memory manipulation, brainwashing or simply just mind-controlling. However, he can do this to only one mind at a time, and those with stronger minds can resist his control.

Vincent is also an unparalleled spellcaster. Having learned the arcane arts for an unknown amount of time, Vincent could cast a variety of spells that he has memorized. Such spells can range from anything from a simple illusion to the manipulation of local weather, his combative spells mostly using the element of telekinetic force. However, all of his abilities, whether it would be latent vampire abilities or spells, takes energy out of him, and overuse can easily make him tired and unable to cast for a while. His latent vampire abilities also require the consumption of blood, but that never has been in short supply for him.

However, being a vampire doesn't come without its weaknesses. Wood, silver, fire and holy objects are particularly effective in stopping him, as well as natural UV light from the sun. As such, Vincent is often a nocturnal creature, sleeping during the day and awake during the night.

Appearance |
Ratte is a short and lithe woman who makes an effort to stay in shape. She has good muscle on her arms and legs and carries little fat, making her appear small and hard. She has dark brown eyes set just a little too close to her nose, giving her face a slight pinch, hence her nickname. She wears her hair short, shaved on the back and sides with her bangs and the top of her hair cut longer. She dyes her hair a deep purple colour and sometimes shaves stripes or zigzags into her side shave. Ratte doesn’t really wear make-up but when she does she’ll wear kohl around her eyes to make them look darker. She is often wearing black and enjoys the perhaps more vampiric aesthetic of tight-fitting clothes, belts and buckles; though she’s also just as comfortable in leggings and a loose-fitting tank top.

Occupation |
Being stray-like in nature, Ratte was regularly between jobs and rarely worked in one place for more than a couple of months. She is currently under the employment of Fallon De Muertre, who fed into this knack she had for travelling to work and regularly finds her jobs to do, some more serious than others. Under his employment she has become a sort of Jack-of-all-trades, working anywhere from lifting crates in magical shops, to retrieving magical objects for his black market dealings, to assassinations and kidnappings.

Personality |
Ratte has a strict code of conduct when it comes to her outlook on life. If something comes along that earns her money, she will do it. Her moral compass was broken a long time ago and she’s more interested in keeping the people, or person, that she cares about most safe than worrying about ethics and people’s opinions. Since she was very young she has always put others that she seemed worthy ahead of herself and made that her aim in life; everything else she does is for pleasure. Ratte is boisterous and flirtatious in nature. She rarely gets attached to anything or anyone, preferring to flit between places and women than settle and stick to just one. Those that she did fall for and stay with long enough to start growing feelings for never returned them to her, so to save herself any kind of weakness, she prefers to save herself the trouble.
She’s impulsive by nature but not stupid. She has a lot of street smarts and knows how to handle herself in a pinch. She’s independent to the core and sometimes this can cause her problems with getting to know other people.

Background |
Ratte’s childhood was simple and outlined by poverty in a small German town just north of Freiburg. Her family worked hard to make ends meet and never really had enough. As soon as she was old enough, she was told to find work to support her family and although she brought in little, she learnt from a young age that hard work and learning to do the job properly brought in the most money. She was around 14 when her little sister fell ill and it broke her heart to see someone that she saw as a perfect angel fallen to earth struggling so much. Without money, her family struggled to pay for her treatment, so Ratte began to steal and take on more risky jobs with more dangerous people to earn more. When her family found out, they couldn’t face the shame and guilt and asked her to leave. She left home at 16 and under a fake ID at first worked wherever would take her; in shops, cafes, bars, garages, anywhere that would help her get by. She saved up every last penny that she could and sent it home to her family. Whether they accept it or use it on her sister, she doesn’t really know to this day. She regularly got into trouble with her employers for being hot-headed and temperamental and oftentimes for stealing from the cash registers. She never stayed long to hide this developing habit until it was too late for her bosses to figure out what she had done. When she was 21, she travelled to the USA, having exhausted all means of work all over Germany. She waited tables and sold magical ailment potions in back alleys to earn enough for a room at a hostel until she met a man called Fallon De Muerte; a man who deals with people in any way he is paid to. He employed her like he did his other agents; young and ripe for persuasion and training. She worked hard under his employment and began to earn a lot more money than she had ever had before. It was with him that her confidence and more flirtatious manner grew. She took the money out into the city and drank it away in nightclubs, enjoying the thrill of the night and the women it brought her. She began to spend a little more on herself and found herself enjoying living life mysteriously in the city, never staying too long in one place. She built a name for herself here, working hard and picking up skills quickly to get the job done.

Abilities |
Being a jack-of-all-trades, Ratte is a very quick learner and knows many useful skills, from knowing the properties of several magical elements and materials, to being able to pull apart a gun and put it back together in under 8 seconds. She has a precise shot at distance but still struggles to hit the exact target at close range. She is slightly long-sighted, but she never mentions it and probably will need glasses in the future.

Extra notes |
Ratte earned her nickname in Germany and after a while it stuck. It means ‘rat’ in German and being a street-rat, stealing and skulking around like a rat would, it was a name that many employers would call her. In the USA, it was something she bragged about.
She often carries a small handgun concealed under her jacket in the small of her back and a knife strapped to her lower calf, hidden by the boots she wears.

Appearance |
Ludo takes on any form from the animal kingdom at will, with his default form being a swirling dark mist. His preferred form is humanoid with elven influences, such as pointed ears and icy blue eyes. This form is the easiest to maintain and doesn’t take up too much energy. He prefers to wear his hair dark and skin pale. He enjoys wearing dark clothes that don’t draw attention to himself.

Occupation |
Ludo owns and works on a small family farm along the Fairview river. His family's company: 'Beckett & Son' provides eggs and home grown vegetables including potatoes and carrots to some of the smaller stores in Springfield, alongside magical fruits, herbs and vegetables that he grows on his farm for the magical vendors around town. He brings his produce into town personally and hand delivers his wares.

Personality |
He is a recluse and almost a hermit. He prefers his own company and can come off as shy when people first meet him. He is very socially awkward and finds it difficult to read human cues. He much prefers talking to magical creatures. He isn’t particularly loyal and is often regarded as a coward due to his tendency to back away or back down from a fight. He knows exactly how to defend himself, however, and when pushed, he’ll show his fearsome side... in the form of a fearsome creature of course.

Background |
Being a magical creature herself, Ludo’s mother Alavara was drawn to Springfield when she was young and pregnant with him. She had fallen pregnant by accident; sleeping with a shape shifter that had taken on the form of her late husband under her drunken wish.
When she arrived in Springfield, she came with little money, but she took shelter with a local farmer called Soren Beckett who took pity on her and gave her a home where she could nurse her growing baby. After Ludo was born, he helped her look after him and soon asked for her hand. For Ludo, Soren is the only father he has ever known. Ludo grew up on this farm, learning the trade and growing up around agriculture and farm animals. He had a simple and work-driven childhood, working hard in the mornings to tend to the fields and animals, then playing in the afternoons. He looks back fondly at his childhood of running around in the mud with the pigs in their form, chasing chickens from their coops as a fox or a dog and scaring away the sprites and gnomes that tried to steal some of his ‘father’s’ crops.

He had quickly taken on his real father’s shape-shifting abilities and so far his mother’s elven powers are only shown in his preferences for looks; where he chooses to be tall with pointed ears, though he allows himself the muscular frame of Soren's human body when he is working. His life as a child had been good, but he had always been sheltered and accidentally away from other children for too long. To this day, company still bothers him and he lacks trust in others. He is very wary of change and becomes extremely anxious in the presence of it, because everything has been the same since he was small and he quite likes it that way.

Ludo is also a part of the Foxhounds; a group of people in Springfield that are rallying to fight back against the magical beings that would harm their city. He became part of it after an attack on his farmland. He still isn’t sure whether it had been planned or whether the attack was simply collateral damage, but a group of unsightly magical beings crept up in the night and began pillaging the farm. They tore up crops, smashed equipment and killed their animals whilst Ludo’s mother, sick with the flu, helplessly hid in her bed. The Foxhounds, only a small group of people then, had arrived just in time to save their barn from being burned down and they put a stop to the raid. Grateful and inspired by their great act of kindness, Ludo offered his help and support to their cause a few days later. He made a promise to his mother and father that he would protect them and the farms and small businesses around them as best he could, especially using his abilities.

Now that his family is getting older, his mother makes goods to sell in Springfield, like woven baskets, jams and cakes, whilst the men tend to the fields. When Ludo was a teen, they began growing magical crops as well as regular crops to sell to the warlocks and magical vendors in the city. Soren started their business ‘Beckett & son’ and Ludo has been driving their produce to the city ever since. He also drives into Springfield to meet with the Foxhounds on a regular basis and he’s slowly getting better at talking to others, even if he prefers his own company most.

Extra notes |
Ludo was born with the ability to take on the form of any animal. He is unable to take on the form of magical creatures, however, without intensive training. He can currently make himself look like a faerie or a unicorn by altering his features, but he is unable to actually become them. He dreams idly of being able to take on the form of a dragon one day, but he probably won’t.

Appearance |
No larger than a bald eagle, Truman is a dwarf wyvern, much smaller in stature than a traditional wyvern but by no means less feisty. He is slate blue in colour and covered in scaled skin that, when clean, glints like an oil spill. His hind legs are long and strong enough to hold him upright as a bird would hold itself without support from his wings. The joints of his wings are tipped with two sharp finger-like appendages that end in talons, which he uses to grip and climb with. His tail doubles his body length and a row of spines start from the base of his neck to the tip of his tail. His eyes are black and large in his head and his teeth are sharp and draconian in nature, residing within his mouth rather than on the outside.

Occupation |
Truman works as a weapons expert within a magical shop alongside his best warlock friend. He is particularly knowledgeable and interested in swords and mundane weaponry such as bows and arrows, daggers, guns. For magical items, he defers to his warlock friend, Kale.

Personality |
True likes to complain, or at least that’s what most would say about him. He is a rather pessimistic little creature and he is quick to irritate. He can be sarcastic and sometimes a little petulant, so people can be very quick to dislike him. He is, however, very knowledgeable. He was branded with an amulet that allowed him to speak and learn the common languages and this he regards as a precious gift. He has used it well and devours information and books like they might be taken away from him. He knows a lot about his trade and a lot about Springfield’s history. He also knows a lot about all sorts of magical creatures and his boss and best friend, the warlock Kale, values this about him most. He is loyal to those that treat him well, so he is loyal to a small handful of people. True is a passionate creature and perhaps this is why he argues, complains and quips so much - he’s just passionate about the art of sarcasm.

Background |
True was born a dwarf and like all runts, he was left to die. He couldn’t compete with his brothers and sisters for his mother’s milk and so he became extremely sickly. It was luck that brought the warlock Kale by his mother’s nest in search of magical items and ingredients for his shop in the town called Springfield. Wyvern egg shells have healing properties that he was interested in trying to bargain for and he saw True’s sick body. As well as the eggshells, Kale took True home with him and he gave him milk mixed with cow’s blood to help him regain his strength. After a month, Truman was back to his full health and growing as he should have been. True has been in Kale’s care since.

Traders and smugglers bring items to Kale’s shop to sell and trade and True, to begin with, was in charge of keeping the safe and retrieving items from the cellar and high shelves for Kale until a trader arrived with an amulet. This was magically inserted into True’s chest and gave him the ability to learn and speak common languages, as well as learn to understand written languages. After being given such a gift, he begged Kale to teach him every night and the warlock did. He taught him to read and speak, taught him how to study and, as he developed an interest in weaponry, how to evaluate and judge it.

True learned quickly and Kale set him up a small desk to work from, where he could sell and trade magical weapons and metal works alongside Kale.

To the displeasure of many, Truman can talk, or rather he can complain. He wears an amulet within his chest, magically inserted and enchanted to give him the ability to speak common languages and learn them too. There are many that would love to remove it.
Truman’s tail spine is coated with a poisonous venom. It hardens in the air, but he can use it as a weapon by spearing an enemy with it and leaving behind the fragments of the venom in the wounds. It works as a slow-acting poison.


True's 'face claim' is a best fit model. His scales and spines are less spiky and more flat. I will update a better image when I can find one.
