Appearance Traits

• typically presents with shoulder-length white/silver hair, which is typically pulled into a mess ponytail.
• stormy blue-grey eyes by default, but the color can shift however and whenever he chooses.
• very pale skin with dark eye sockets and slightly flushed cheeks.
• 5'10"; ~170lbs; slender but reasonably fit build; not particularly muscular, but not particularly squishy either. Reasonably broad shoulders, enough to appear masculine but not incredibly so.
• the details of his features are different to each person, appearing as what variation is most attractive to them. Major aspects of his appearance don't change (such as hair style and color, or clothing), but subtle features such as the shape of his eyes or lips appear differently.
• may take a demonic form, with gray skin, slit-pupiled eyes, and ebony black horns and claws. He gains a shadow-like tail and wings. He may take this form partially or entirely, typically by choice; however, there are magics that can force him into this form, particularly coming into contact with objects or places that are holy.

Personality Traits

• first and foremost self-serving; will never help others to the detriment of himself.
• despite being a demon of lust, has a somewhat old-fashioned view of sexuality; takes pleasure in the act of seduction, the game of it, rather than random hookup. But, will occasionally indulge in that too.
• quite charming typically, but can be a bit out of touch with the modern world or with humans in general.
• tends to sympathize with humans who are rejected from society or poorly treated for superficial reasons, such as disfiguration or disability.
• will help those in need in small ways, and children in particular; however, (as mentioned before) not to the detriment of his own well-being.
• can occasionally be incredibly cruel and violent (even by demonic standards), particularly to those he feels have wronged him personally.

Physical
more or less impervious to most weapons, save those which are blessed or otherwise specifically designed to combat demons/the supernatural. Also unaffected by heat and fire, nor will he ever succumb to the cold. Does not age, will never starve, and cannot be affected by poison or disease (save those that specifically target his kind, of which there are few).
the ability to subtly shift his appearance to appear attractive to just about anyone, whether to evoke attraction (in those who are attracted to men) or envy (in those who are not) or a feeling of familiarity/trust (in children and asexual people). Not an intentional ability, but rather a passive one that affects any who see him regardless of his intention.

an instinctual ability to understand or infer peoples' desires and motives, especially if they would be considered sinful (motivated by wrath, envy, lust, etc.) and especially if they are sexual/motivated by lust.
gains energy from any sexual desire directed at him; the stronger the desire, the more power he gains. Sexual acts without specific desire do not particularly help him, however, which is why he prefers seduction to impersonal hookups. Like any demon, he can also tie himself to a human soul (non-sexually) with a pact, but he prefers not to do that as it's more binding.

General Life
Elyakim began, as most demons did, more or less when humanity did. Whether that was actually the start of the world or merely the start of any concept of sin is up for debate. Regardless, El quickly took somewhat of a liking to humans- not as equals, of course, but as fascinating animals of which he was fond of learning. He established that he is fairly unusual by demonic standards (though, admittedly, not entirely unique) in that he did not view sin and the role he played with it as a glorious and delightful corruption; rather, he views it as a gift, and enlightenment- the thing that sets humanity apart from typical animals. Thus, his role in spreading sin- in his case, the sin of lust- is not to cause suffering but rather to bring enlightenment and freedom. This did not sit well with many of the other demons, who (for the most part) viewed humanity as lesser beings, toys for which the demons may cause suffering and discord to spite the holy beings who watched over them. Eventually, around the middle of the 13th century, he was captured, bound, and imprisoned, after another spiteful demon lured him into a trap and gave a human priest the secrets of how to imprison him. Attempts were made to kill him once he was captured, but all failed, and he was eventually abandoned and bricked up in the catacombs beneath an ancient church.

Recent Past
Elyakim remained trapped for nearly 800 years, before he was accidentally freed from his prison. From there he ventured into the modern world, trying to learn what he could about it so he could fit in and hide. From there, he attempts to find ways to spread his 'enlightenment' and grow his power, while remaining hidden from the other demons until he learns which it was that tricked him and exacts his vengeance.

Appearance Traits

• long, silky black hair with shells, beads, stones, and strands of other color hair braided and tied in.
• very pale skin with a bit of a blue-ish tinge, almost corpse-like from a humans' perspective. Blue lips, and his eyes are a pale yellow-gold with slit pupils.
• nearly 10' in length; would be a bit tall as a human, would probably be just over 6'.
• has a set of scars about halfway down the left side of his tail from an attack by an orca whale as a child.
• has two sets of eyelids- the normal ones like humans have, as well as a milky-white, transparent set that serve a similar purpose to sunglasses (filtering out excess light when he ventures to/close to the surface), making his eyes appear white to humans.
• his tail is covered in iridescent dark blue-black scales, which depending on lighting may also appear to be purplish or greenish. His fins are thin and somewhat transparent in appearance, and are decorated with a number of small notches and tears. He has a row of small, pale blue bio-luminescent spots running down along his spine, and his ears are pointed and fin-like.
• often wears a "skirt" around his waist, made of a kind of rough-spun greenish material and decorated with shells and sea debris.

Personality Traits

• cautious, nervous, and skittish- to the degree of being a bit paranoid.
• curious and likes to explore and learn, but can never be too careful about it.
• downtrodden, a bit pessimistic, and has low self-esteem.
• dislikes humans and surface creatures in general, partially from a traumatic experience with them when he was younger.

Physical
has good senses and reflexes, and this plus his paranoia is usually enough to keep him out of dangerous situations.
quick, agile, and slippery, and thus usually able to maneuver himself out of danger if he, somehow, finds himself in it.
relatively durable; all but the most severe injuries won't entirely incapacitate him, his adrenaline is just too powerful.
quite good at noticing small details and finding things, making him quite the collector.

Mental
good knowledge of the ocean and of water, and thus able to identify or guess at most kinds of creatures and plants, and to use currents and the like to his advantage when traveling.
reasonable and logical (besides being a bit jumpy) and thus a good problem-solver.
practical survival skills, such as first aide and a knowledge of which plants and substances are helpful.

Birthplace & Childhood
Tsudra was born in a safe, homey cave deep in the sea to a living mother and father, and had a relatively uneventful early childhood. When he was around 12, a pod of orcas ventured too close to their home and his father was killed trying to run them off, and Tsudra was injured. This taught him the real dangers of the ocean, and thus he rarely ventured out of the cave, save to find food and supplies, for several years. During this time, he developed his interest of making jewelry out of shells, stones, and other odds and ends to pass the time.

Adulthood
eventually, Tsudra's mother forced him to leave home and began teaching him to hunt and forage. He began to regain his sense of adventure, until he ventured too close to the surface and was captured by humans. Being unable to communicate with them, he was treated like an animal until he managed to escape a day or two later. However, by this point he was rather far from home and unable to find his way back.

Recent Past
since his capture and escape, Tsudra has wandered, attempting to find his way home. However, he didn't recognize the ocean where he escaped, nor did he know what direction they had been traveling in, and thus his meanderings are just as likely to put him in the wrong direction as the right one.
