My idea behind this is a pairing that I found to be quite cute in a show. I want to expand on that idea and make it into a roleplay.
The first character is a delusional artist. Jun is, however, a physics major at a prestigious university in a big city. However, he barely tries for his more rigorous courses and takes too many art courses. In reality, he would love to switch majors, but if he did so... well let’s just say he can’t for now. I would rather not spoil some of the more juicy details of his backstory. He is someone who you would call an all out geek. Although he looks somewhat normal, other than his dyed hair, he is always saying anime quotes and drawing characters in class. He even wears anime T-shirt’s or just bandages to show “the battles he has been through”. Despite this idiocy, he is still a 21 year old man, who seems much happier playing out his mini fantasies, even if it gets him bullied and no one speaks to him.
Your character would be a new transfer student. A business major. Jun, hoping for a new friend before people tell about his odd personality, quickly introduces himself to the quieter man. He boasts about battles and dark organizations, while really having no idea who he was talking to was a real gangster.
I was wanting this to be a tragic romance sort of situation. Jun would freak out if and when finding out (y/c) was a real gangster but also be in awe. His naivety would make him want to join and show off his “hidden techniques of battle”. While your character would be more concerned with Jun not getting killed since other gangsters from other gangs live in the area. And it would be even harder to try to keep a low profile with someone spouting dreams of being a hero or something when there are true hardened criminals listening around every corner.
