I'm Maybee, and I'm looking for a quick setup, action-packed fix to kick my writing back into gear. I'm open to most genres, but there are some ideas floating around my head! For partners, I'm looking for people that can post anywhere from two to five paragraphs per post, not much more than that as I'm currently struggling with more intricate plots that require longer posts than that. So yeah, I shock even myself when I say this: I'm looking for daily to every other day posts with plenty of action, drama and plot twists in a plot and setting that is originally pretty simple but may expand as we go along. Nothing intricate or fully planned-out yet; I'm looking forward to doing this by the seat of my pants!
I can write any gender, and the rp may or may not be romantic in nature. I'm looking for someone to chat my ear off about everything from characters to plot while adding more headcanon into our baby-faced setting as a bonus. Decent grammar and spelling are, of course, a must, as is the willingness to wrangle the plot at random to keep it fresh. Most of all, I'm looking for an equal writing partner!
I'm not planning on smut, but there will no doubt be mature content of other kinds, so someone at least 18 years of age would be appreciated. Someone friendly who won't lose their shit if I'm missing for 24h for some reason would also be great - that said I'll try to keep you updated if I expect more than a full day of inactivity.
NOW! Here are some ideas I have that I'll like to try:
Plot #1: Once a Demon King's reign has reached its 100th anniversary, tradition dictates that they must train the next Hero that will defeat them at their own discretion; refusing to do otherwise is prophesized to bring about the End of the world.
Plot #2: Marked for Death - Dark Age-styled setting with supernatural and grimdark elements. Legend says that those who escaped the fate of the gallows will find a peculiar mark on their body the day after their escape. Should a full year pass without another taking their place as an executed criminal, the Marked One will be cursed with a painful existence of walking nightmares and wounds that would not heal without any chance of the sweet respite of death. Those will be known as the Forsaken and will find no home where life can be found.
Plot #3: Cultural Shock gone wrong: The darker version of an otherworldly being ending up in a culture they can't understand surrounding by beings they can't relate to nor empathize with.
Plot #4: Something along the line of ancient human sacrifice/bride to an old god, along with attempted rescue and all that.
Plot #5: New Sherriff pretending to hunt down their old friend who happens to be a Wanted felon, all while hiding the fact they are still very much on good terms and are actually working together. The reason may be crooked or secretly beneficial to all. (Space or Historical) Western or Cyberpunk.
Plot #6: Goblin tribe or Ork Warband choosing their next Chieftain. Lots of fighting, some made up lore and generally tribal/primitive stuff. Maybe some bromance, who knows?
Plot #7: BAD END - Transmigration with Otome/Dating Sim setting where the system's requirement is to have the worst 'End' your character can get. The more unlikely the 'target', the better. (Heavy warning for dark stuff there, though it'll be mostly fade to black and only hinted at)
