Hello there! I'm looking for some new roleplay partners. I have a few original plots but I'm also very open to including my partners' wants and ideas into the story, so please don't hesitate to suggest something if we end up writing together. I tend to post a paragraph or two per post, but I'm not picky about how long or short your replies are. All I ask is that you give me something to work with. I'm also happy to do the heavy lifting when it comes to the plot if you'd just like your character to be exploring the world rather than actively developing that world. I know some people like the mystery of not knowing where the story is going and I'm all for building an experience like that for my partners.
I also prefer to roleplay with someone who is over 18. I'm not necessarily looking for smut, but these plots will likely include mature themes and I'm also just more comfortable writing with someone who is at least 18.
In the not-so-distant future, humans have made huge advancements in space travel, leading to a second space race as Earth's governments compete to colonize every planet they find that can possibly sustain human life and mine whatever precious resources that can be found. But when one such colony suddenly goes dark and all attempts to establish contact fail, a group of soldiers, scientists, and government officials are dispatch to the planet to find out exactly what happened to the colony. What they find is the stuff of nightmares. The colonists have all gone missing and nearly every surface of the colony's structures are covered in a slimy but durable organic substance. They have no choice but to delve deeper into the alien hive in hopes of finding the missing colonists and the source of the infestation. But once they enter the hive, they might never leave...
Very much inspired by the Aliens franchise. I'm looking for someone to play one or more members of the team that arrives to investigate the colony while I'll also play members of the team as well as the original alien creatures that have infested the colony.
Set back in the 1700s, when there are still blank spots on the map, a pirate ship being pursued by a ship from the British Navy winds up getting lost in a savage storm. Both ships go down. A lone survivor from one of the two sunken ships washes ashore on an island. The survivor soon discovers that this island is not like any they've ever stepped foot on before. There are monsters inhabiting the island. The survivor is saved from their first monster encounter by a young native woman, who takes the survivor back to her village. A village that's populated entirely by women and surrounded by a tall wall to keep the monsters out.
The plot can go in a lot of different directions. Whether we focus more on action and adventure or romance is totally fine with me. Looking for someone to play the survivor.
A rapidly-spreading virus wipes out 90% of the Earth's population in a matter of weeks, and if that wasn't horrifying enough, the bodies of the dead rise as the world is plunged into an all-out zombie apocalypse. Facing overwhelming odds against the hordes of cannibalistic undead, the number of survivors dwindles a little more each day and soon only a few thousand humans remain, scattered around the world, all doing whatever it takes to survive.
Pretty much your basic zombie apocalypse story. But with more of a focus on the day to day that goes into surviving. So things like looting, finding safe places to stay the night, and dealing with injuries and dwindling resources. Not looking for ex-military super soldier types who can kill zombies with ease for this one. Just regular people trying to survive.
It happened suddenly one morning. Every resident of a small town in the Midwestern United States suddenly falls unconscious at the same time. There's no medical or scientific explanation for the event, and when they all wake up, just an hour later, there's no evidence that there's anything medically wrong with any of them. As life goes on, the event is soon forgotten, many even questioning whether it ever really happened at all. But then the repercussions are eventually realized as every woman who was in the town at the time of the event discovers that they're pregnant. No one knows why or how it happened. But as the pregnancies progress, one thing becomes clear, whatever they're carrying is not human...
Inspired by Village of the Damned, this will be a mystery/horror story with supernatural elements. I'm mainly looking for someone to play the town's sheriff who will work alongside the doctor to try and solve the mysterious of the inexplicable pregnancies before the children are born, but you can play any character that you like.
