Hey there, and thanks for taking a moment to read this.

I’m looking for a long-term partner for a sci-fantasy RP set in an original universe I’ve been building; Calenor. It's a weird world, half ancient technology, half blooming wild Magick; where nothing is quite as it seems, and something buried deep beneath the planet is starting to stir.

The RP would be story-heavy (roughly 75/25 or 80/20 story/smut), with a focus on worldbuilding, character arcs, and the slow unraveling of old mysteries. There’s space for romance, action, eldritch horror, exploration, and whatever we decide to drag up from the depths. I have a foundation built, factions, races, a bit of history; but there's still a lot of room to flesh it out with the right partner.

Here’s the feel of the world:

In a forgotten corner of the galaxy, the world of Calenor blooms—part wild, part remnant.

Millennia ago, machines from a dead race shaped the planet, and then disappeared beneath the ice. Now, three young civilizations rise, shaped by what was left behind: science, ritual, and Magick. But something below has begun to wake.

Dreams twist. Flesh changes. Relics speak.

And not everything that stirs in the dark wants to be found.

A little about me: I’m in the US, usually active daily, and I enjoy chatting OOC to build story and character depth together. I average 2–3 paragraphs per reply, though that can flex depending on the scene. I don’t ghost, and I appreciate the same—just let me know if life gets in the way.

You:

18+ (required; same for your characters)

F or female-identifying

Enjoys collaborative storytelling, exploration, and maybe a little weirdness

Comfortable with at least a few paragraphs per reply (quality over quantity always)

Likes building the world around the characters, not just reacting to it

If you’ve read this far, include the word Midway in your message so I know you’re paying attention.

Thanks again for reading. If this sounds like your kind of story, I’d love to hear from you. And if not, I hope you find the story that does grab you.
