Hello! My name is Alaska, or Al. Let me start off this humble post by telling you how awful I am at introductions (and making appealing ads in general) and assuring you that it, hopefully, is not reflective on me as a writer and what I can bring to the table.
Actually, maybe it is, because aside from a feeling of wanting...something, I am not TOO sure what it is that I'm craving. More than anything, I'm looking for something with substance, something that will last and have me lingering on the feelings it gave me for years. A juicy dynamic that'll have me going, geeking out with you about our characters. That being said, the most important thing to me above anything else, really, is that we just click.
An unfortunate thing I've noticed recently is that, no matter how amazing your writing may be, if we don't have the same energy levels (and you are unprepared to match my freak) the roleplay, or even the discussion of it, will fall flat for me and, while I've gotten better at being assertive if our actual styles don't match, I can't make myself tell you that we aren't working in regards to our personalities, I JUST CAN'T, I'M SORRY.
So please, if you aren't the sort to have wild ooc conversations, send an abundance of memes and character headcanons in an incorrect quote generator format, SAVE YOURSELVES WHILE YOU STILL CAN!
Ahem. Moving on. For pairings, I am primarily seeking mxm/bxb. All my current pre-made characters are male. If you reach out to me for other pairings, which I will do if I'm very interested in what you're suggesting, please know that I may decline, as it usually isn't what I'm in the mood for.
I will warn you now that my replies tend to be slow. Like, molasses type slow. I put a lot of time and energy into writing, and also am easily distracted and have a difficult time focusing (unmedicated audhd writer here guys), so I am BEGGING for your patience. If you are not the type who can wait, I don't suggest myself as a suitable partner. HOWEVER, I am pretty much always around to talk except for when I am working or messing with other hobbies. Again, it's so important to me that we can have fun and get along as friends outside of the roleplay, it does wonders for my motivation, too.
As a side note, the primary reason this has been labeled 18+ is because I tend to favor mature themes in general. I loooove plots with darker aspects, it is my BRAND. I do prefer to discuss the potential of spicy content between characters in private, and it is also not my ultimate goal. I get much more fufillment in building a relationship and letting it grow first.

I have some writing samples and rules which I'll drop down below, PLEASE read them or at least gloss over things as a whole, it will explain a lot more in depth about my expectations/boundaries and what kinds of things I will and won't do.

Please include at least a small introduction on yourself if you message me, I won't accept friend requests with nothing else attatched, as it helps me filter out those I feel I would be incompatible with. Tell me about yourself! Just be authentic, that's all I ask, I don't need an essay (though I am happy to read about you. so if that IS your desire, have at it.) I may request writing samples from you as well, so please have something preferably ready beforehand!
