hello everybody! my name is hali (she/her, 22, EST) and i'm currently on the search for a very specific fandom roleplay — The Incredibles.
with all the dark lore resurfacing lately about syndrome's eradication of supers and the grim history behind this universe, i can't stop thinking about how much potential there is for storytelling here. the world of The Incredibles is painted bright and heroic on the surface, but underneath? it's a graveyard of forgotten heroes, conspiracies, and the scars of survival.
i'm an adv lit/lazy novella writer looking for long-term, 3rd person roleplays, and i'd love to dive into this fandom with someone who's equally fascinated by exploring its darker edges — whether that's through slow burn romance, heavy angst, horror aspects, or all of the above!
– rules –
18+ only (same for ships — i don't feel comfortable roleplaying with or as minors).
literate/adv lit preferred — my minimum is 2–3 paragraphs, but i often write novella length depending on the scene.
pairings — i'm only looking for CCxCC or OCxCC (doubles welcome). my characters are usually female paired with male, but i'm open to MxF, FxF, or MxM dynamics depending on the ship.
patience is key — i know life gets busy, so i'll never rush you for replies. ghost-friendly too, though i'd always appreciate a heads-up if possible.
multiship friendly — even rare or crack ships are on the table if we can spin an interesting angle.
preferred platform — discord! i can make us a private server to roleplay in.
i write almost any canon for OCxCC, but i only have specific muses i'll portray in CCxCC.

what i'm craving most: peeling back the glossy, family-friendly layer of The Incredibles universe and exploring the darker truths hidden underneath. this could mean digging into the conspiracies behind the super relocation program, the brutal fates of heroes hunted by syndrome, the government's involvement in silencing history, or even AUs where forgotten supers resurface in unexpected ways. i'm open to timelines and reimaginings that let us stretch beyond canon — whether that's during syndrome's rise, in the years before it, or in a completely alternate direction.
