In the city of Tromos, democracy reigns supreme and peace runs wildly through the streets. Tromos is a city secure and safe, very little crime, lack of poverty, and the city is in their period of peak enlightenment. There is no twists. You are either a leader of the city, a student in the Academy, or a citizen of high respect and knowledge.
The Democracy is run by the people, the elected officials are voted by the people. The Head Judge, is elected by the council members. The judge and the Council hold no real power except respect (and power over the academy, but they don't really abuse it). They are the one's to propose laws, and the people vote on it.
The Academy is a school focused on improving the city and their philosophical beliefs and ideals. New ideas are always accept, but judged by the Council. The Council runs the Academy, and the Head Judge is their minister.
