In Mordoth , castles do not stand on stone alone. They stand on magic. Each is protected by a sacred artifact known as a Runebound Ring, and by the rare mage sworn to guard it, the Keeper.

Her duty is simple in theory: protect the relic, maintain its power, and ensure the fortress never falls.

To the crown she is an asset to be managed. To the court she is a curiosity to be watched. To enemies she is an obscure to be moved. To two very different men, she is impossible to ignore.

When Kingdoms across Mordoth begin to mysteriously fail, panic spreads through the realm. Rings lose power, runes fall silent, and fortresses crumble from within.
