So, I wanted to explore a best friends/found family style RP focusing on two main characters, with a supporting cast, of course.

I wanted to play as Jude, a young man of 18/19 who has used a wheelchair since he was very young. He is paralyzed from the waist down, so is rather used to being treated differently from the rest of society and having to make adaptations.

She is a popular girl (18-20) who ends up in a wheelchair temporarily after breaking her legs in a fall during practise. She isn't used to not having full control, and needing support with her day-to-day life. I hadn't quite worked out her personality type yet, but I kind of like the idea she was always kind to Jude or maybe she just didn't really interact with him prior?

I just sort of like the idea he is the one the school/college picks to show her how to get around (Because they assume he'd want to, though they never asked. I wanted to kinda make it clear they just assumed because he is disabled, he would help someone with no questions asked, as though they think he can't make choices? He will help, but he would have preferred to be in the discussion.)

I think it could be interesting to see how her views or attitude changes when she realises what he has to put up with daily, from people not looking directly at him when talking to people, assuming he's entirely incapable of looking after himself, to learning what medical issues he has to deal with. (Even if not herself.).

I like the idea of them becoming friends even after she stops using her chair and moves to crutches and eventually walking fully?

It's hard to express, but I kinda think it would be interesting to explore?
