How it Works: She can create anything she wants as long as she has scarp metal to spare. Everything she creates needs the exact same weight in scrap metal, although what said metal turns into doesnt have any limits. Using it too much can cause her to pass out without warning.

Role in the Dorms: She gets treated with caution as such an entity like her hasnt been in UA until now. She often gets asked more practicall stuff like for Test answers as she aces those, yet gets often treated like a robot without feelings, which isnt true.

That is her, yes. You can just call her Amber, like the crystal but the Name "Elster" is pronounced L-star (Elster is the German name for the bird Magpie)
