MxM. Cyberpunk setting. Supernatural shenanigans with a mystery -- or multiple -- that need to be solved. I'd be playing a Sherlock-esque character: someone working as a private investigator on mysterious murders and disappearances in the city. They are an outsider of the city. They use a special kind of magic that seems to be a mix of old-world magic not seen in modern times and the dark arts of necromancy. An Abhorsen. They don't usually raise the dead physically -- usually -- but spirits can be very helpful in gathering information.
Was thinking that your character is potentially a Detective assigned to the case and ends up working with them? A cop already on the case who doesn't believe in Supernatural stuff or magic until they see it firsthand? My character's Watson? Let's figure it out together!

I may or may not be playing Subnautica 2's early access and idk. I just want Alien romance on a dangerous water planet xD
Human's crashed a big ship somehow on this planet. Not sure if it's a single person who -- like in Below Zero -- was looking for clues on what happened to a sibling or something, or if they came with a whole crew and they were just picked off one by one. But it ends with the last human. Alone. Having been watched from afar by an alien race that calls the planet home. We can figure out if they're looking for something or if they're fixing a virus like in the games or what. I'm down for world-building together. But the Alien eventually decides to confront the human and see how the interaction goes. Things build from there.
I'd like to play the last remaining Human, please.

MxF preferred, but could be MxM. Professor x Student but in an adult setting. Higher education only. Fantasy with multiple races. The Elder Scrolls or DnD influenced.
A talented mage is a bit of a late bloomer: their magic didn't manifest until their late twenties. They, however, took to magic like flame to parchment and require a teacher with more skill to keep up.
Thinking a High Elf Professor -- someone who takes on only the most gifted of students -- finds themselves my character's Professor and strangely attracted to the human. They try to ignore it for a time, but with so much time alone? Things heat up quicker than anticipated.
NGL, this is entirely based on a dream I had recently lol We can world-build together.

Two ideas possible.
A. MxM. Cyberpunk setting pre-apocalypse. Humanity destroyed the world as they knew it. Whatever happened caused either Monsters to begin showing up on Earth or animals mutated. Either way, man-eating plants and strange monsters now lurk the world. Humanity no longer lives in large cities. Most high technology was rendered useless after a computer virus spread through people.
It's at least 15 years after the collapse. My character is searching around for supplies or anything that can be salvaged and stumbles upon either a Cyborg/human personlity downloaded into a robot body or an extremely human-esque robot with an AI. Fully equipped. They're powered off. A little broken, but otherwise still intact. After a bit of tinkering and managing to power them up. Turns out they were shut down and unplugged from the network when the Virus spread, leaving them entirely untouched. Now they both have to work together to survive the world; one having the ability to fight and the other having the knowledge of the current time, with a bit of self-made low-tech gadgets.
I'd be playing the human scavenger.

B. The Last of Us inspired. !*
MxF. The apocalypse is plant-based. Less undead and more hosts of infected.
My character is a bit of a loner, even in their small community. After her sister was attacked and killed by an infected, she began isolating even more. The only one who ever got to know her -- truly know her -- was her best friend. Only they know she can control plants.

A horde comes through and nearly wipes out the entire settlement. She and her bestie survive because she lives a little outside the settlement in a treehouse-home she built. They were together. They saw it coming while they were heading back to town, raced to her home, and radioed in to warn them. Some people survived and managed to escape to another settlement that's further away than she's willing to move. This opens up the possibility of leaving -- going on a journey to follow this pull she's had since her abilities manifested. Her bestie isn't willing to let her go alone, even if she offers to, so they don't have to leave their family in this new settlement.

New Settlement is a cult. lol Seems fine on the surface but is hiding an awful underbelly. Leader becomes obsessed with my character and wants to send people after to her to bring them back. I have more detailed bits for this but am willing and able to world-build.

Cyberpunk setting. One option is making it more like the first idea. My character is a private investigator from out of the city. Mysterious. New. Ends up in the Red Light District. (Could be part of the job -- prostitutes going missing or being murdered) One takes a shine to him. Seduces and rails him. Now MC can't stay away...he wants more. This could lead into them becoming partners professionally -- getting the other out of the Red Light District and romantically involved. Need that romance.

OR MC doesn't necessarily have to be a detective. Could end up going just being someone new to the city going to the Red Light District to pay for a night. Never been with another man before, but wants to get that over with so they can say they did it and move on with their life. Except they can't. They want more. Romance sparks from there.
