In getting right to the point so I don't waste your time (I'm so considerate huh?), here's what I'm looking for:

I only like modern day, slice of life RP. So no canon, fantasy, monsters or RP's based on movies or gaming. I like real, relatable and original. So this most likely eliminates 70% of you, that's why I listed it first)

I like character development, so this isn't a one night stand kind of RP ;-)
Most likely eliminates another 10%...haha.)

I write in 1st person. But I don't mind you writing in 1st or 3rd person.

I usually post everyday, sometimes multiple posts daily if I have time. Weekends I often don't post much if at all.

If you tend to ghost, please don't bother messaging me. Btw, I'm not as much of a hard ass as I'm probably coming across, I'm just trying to save everyone time.

I prefer to RP with males, I just like men :-) But I have RPed with females too, so I'm open to that too.

I'm new in Roleplayer Guild, but I have lots of roleplaying experience and if I say so myself, I'm pretty good at it :-)

About Me...
30 years old from Florida. I have a lot of experience in roleplaying. I like character development first and foremost. If you want a quickie, um...no. Detailed story first, then mostly anything goes.

Limits- I don't like limiting my partner, so my limits are few and far between. I like everything from romantic sex to rough sex, to non-consensual, to BDSM. Only hard limits are: No animals. Also no bathroom or vomit stuff, especially on me...eek.

RP ideas:
Opposites...old/young, teacher/student, cool girl/geeky shy boy, poor girl/rich man.
Capture scenes and/or blackmail scenes...MC is the captured.
Babysitter/Nanny trouble...Lots of variations here.

Let's see here. Hello there! I'm NebulaPenName. New to the website but not to roleplaying. While I do like fantasy, I use it more to spice up my slice-of-life stuff, so I can do slice-of-life! Also, I rarely make stuff based on pre-existing worlds, so I'm with you on that. I love character development and drama in general. I'm a man, or at least am male-presenting (I'll tell you about it later). I love detailed storytelling that eventually delves into spicy territory. In terms of limits, I have my limits it's just hard to list specific triggers. We'll just communicate what we don't want. Anything else....well I guess I wanted to get back into roleplaying to stretch my writing muscles because I'm actually writing a novel based on a previous roleplay I did with another RP Partner, so I'm just here casually. I always put my best in, but like you, I won't be on all the time. Oh, and I'm 26 in Chicago.
In terms of ideas, I could think of some because I am pretty good at it, but if you have an idea you want to go with, I'll play by your rules. From your list, I like the teacher/student idea the most, but I actually want to try writing a great platonic friendship story between a boy and a girl because those are kinda rare. But if not the teacher/student idea, then the cool girl/geeky shy boy sounds like fun.
