So, it's 2037, NYC USA, and a strange reclusive billionaire has decided to host a cruise to Maimi, that will be the stage to fund raising concert/charity ball/philanthropist endeavor. Well that's what gets the blood flowing, since he happens to be a lower level Vampire Lord with a strangely nomadic nature. This gives us a main antagonist, deadline, setting, and universe laws to work with. He could have done this just to chow down, or maybe espionage beyond the ideas of the rich and mortal, or to pick a new creature of the night. The cast can include a hunter, civvies, those inbetween.
