Brief introduction: I'm Prometheus, long-time(ish) site user and lurker. I've found myself in the unfortunate instance of being incredibly bored as of late, and as I've had Mass Effect on my mind lately, I was wondering if someone would like to join me in a little venture. A few details of what I had in mind:

Whether or not it ever actually sees a publisher, what I want to do is write something that would be worth publishing. A tangible story within the mass effect universe that's broken up chapter-by-chapter, rather than post by post or thought-by-thought. To that end, I'm looking for someone who is more of a co-author than anything else, who I can not only bounce ideas off of (and be able to respond to their own in turn), but who prides themselves in a clean writing style and the ability to properly edit, as well as being able to write for multiple characters, some of who may not necessarily be their own creation - they might be mine, or they might be preexisting in the Mass Effect-verse. In regards to the plot and characters, I'd like to sit down and brainstorm with you as a partner, and toss ideas back and forth about what we might do.

As explained in the title, the primary focus will be adventure and action oriented, but by no means am I condemning anything else. Think of it like the games - action and combat are certainly at the front of the player's focus, but there are a lot of layers behind that - dialog and conversation, and just as importantly, setting and relationships.

Needless to say, I'd appreciate it if you know a bit about the universe. Playing all three games is one thing, and that certainly provides a good background, but being interested in reading what's in the codex and the context for how stuff works is another.

Look forward to writing with you!

*hit the frigging enter key before I was finished with the post, and somehow that ended up submitting it early -_-

Oh well, it's finished now.
