Olivier didn't bother commenting on the man's remark about him not being trustworthy. He knew the reason why animals didn't trust him and that was because of his magic. He specialized in darker magic, although he rarely used it. He was better at battle magic while his sister, Amelie specialized in good magic and could use her powers to heal and bless others. Olivier knew that Amelie wanted to use her powers to help others, she often told him how she wanted to be a nurse but with her illness she didn't have the strength to.
"Okay, what is your name? Olivier asked, grabbing the book with all the guests' names registered on it.

The magic swirled around the young elven girl. Jill reached out to touch it and it sent a rush of chilliness throughout her entire body. She ignored the cold, too in awe by the woman's beautiful magic. It was truly an amazing display. Jill smiled sadly, watching the ice float back up in sky.

Jax looked at the man "Jax Orion" he said keeping an eye on him as he pulled out that large book. Claw laying next to that ice block and rubbed up against it. The large Dire wolf liked the cold.. Claw looked up seeing some one getting ready to lift up the ice block and he growled. The way the wolf saw it he had already claimed it earlier, rubbing up against it to get his scent on it. He stood and walked between him and the ice block before laying back down pushing his nose into the snow as it was falling it was piling up on his fur. Talon Soon landed on a branch of the spirit tree, holding a bird in her talon as he lowered her head to eat her breakfast. The large eagle rather enjoyed living here, seeing as she had domination over the sky as there didn't seem to be any large birds of prey like herself at all, or at least known that they have seen in the six months they had been there. So she ate her breakfast watching in amusement as Claw seemed quite happy with that block of ice.

The blonde man finally made it to where the crowd was gathered. Looking toward the front, he couldn't help but be fascinated. There on top of a pedestal stood a woman doing some sort of performance…using magic! Ice magic, apparently. That would certainly explain the strange weather. Thank goodness, he hadn’t missed the summer after all! Even better, he got the chance to see this incredible display. Moving closer toward the front to the best of his ability, he remained entranced by the show, hoping very much to learn something from it. He had wanted to learn more about ice magic himself, and this seemed like a good opportunity to study her technique. Perhaps she would be kind enough to tell him more about her magic after the show? He had to ask her. This was important!

Olivier looked through the book, although it didn't take him long to find the man's name. There weren't many guests staying at the Inn sadly. Olivier looked at the old clock hanging above the hotle lobby's door leading outside for the time. He wrote the time down in the book next to the man's name. Looking back up at the man he told him how much he owed.

She had gathered a lot of attention, it seemed. With how perfect things are going, she may attract too much attention. Taking action now wouldn't be a bad idea. This will be her 'best act' yet.
She manipulated the ice as to make it continue dancing and distract the spectators watching it. While everyone was gazing at the ice, she secretly slipped back on her right hand glove and pulled off the left one. The ice was dissolving fast since the glove had gone back on her hand. Her left hand was held out as if waiting to grab something, then a bright orange orb started growing in hand. When it was large enough to fill her hand, she jumped up rather high and threw it down on the ice block. A giant ring of fire consumed the square, melting the snow but not hurting the people. While everyone was in a daze, she landed on the ground and pushed through the crowd toward her target. She had made her way to the girl. Wrapping her arm around the girl's small waist, she picked her up and began to run through the mass rather quickly.

The fire startled the little elf. She backed away, avoiding the flame, although it appeared that it didn't hurt anyone. It only seemed to melt all the snow. Jill had no time to react when the mystery woman snatched her from the crowd. "Where are we going?" She asked, trying to conceal the fear in her voice. Up until now she found the woman to be really neat. Now... she wasn't sure what to think.

After a day of exploring the town, Jack had felt he reacquainted himself enough. However, he felt one more obligatory visit to the town center before he left to check the outskirts. So, despite his urge to leave, he had found himself watching some 'performer' with a bunch of other people. He was positioned away from the crowd near the back, as he didn't like crowds. He didn't sense any danger, however that changed as the woman unleashed a ball of fire. He observed her leaving the crowd with a little girl, and he immediately changed forms into a bear. Although he couldn't see which way the woman went, he could smell it.

The blonde was surprised when the fire had been unleashed. That was not at all something he had expected, though it made for a fine show. It seemed that the fire was tailored only to melt the snow and ice previously created, based on the result; although the fire had reached out into the crowd, nobody appeared to be hurt or screaming about having sustained any large burns.
Now why would someone do that?
The performer had disappeared after unleashing the fire which had undoubtedly shocked the audience to distraction, so perhaps it had merely been her way of ending the show? It made sense, but it seemed a little empty as an answer, somehow. Unable to come up with any other explanation, unfortunately, he shrugged and began to leave the square...
...Only to remember; hadn't he wanted to ask her something?
Oh, goodness! How could I forget?!
His research! He had the perfect opportunity, and he needed her to share whatever information she had with him! Especially about that fire - that was fascinating! Quickly turning upon remembering his task, he ran over to where the performance had happened previously. The ice seemed to be completely gone, but so was the performer. Like a good disappearing magician, she had run off quickly before anyone could see her, making it look as if she actually had vanished. This was good from a performer's perspective, but to a curious half-cat researcher, this was quite a setback. Perhaps she had left behind some sort of clue as to where she had gone? He quickly searched around the area, hoping to pick up anything that could help him.

It was a while later and Oradi had left the shop. Not having gained much from the young shop keep and the theif - still no idea where, or even who he was, he had taken to exploring the town - seeing what was what and where things were but nothing was bringing back any memories. This worried him and even though he was alone for the time being he did not want his worry to show.

Not having any where to sleep Oradi spent most of the night walking around town. He had failed to notice the sun starting to rise - the only things keeping him company were the sounds of his breathing, the tappi g of his feet as he walked, the rusling of his coat as the wind moved it and the occasional clang of his blade. He hoped to run into some one who could give him an answer. In his pocket he clutched the strange stone which he had picked up before leaving the bakery.

Making her way out of the crowd, she jumped up high enough to land on top of the nearest building's roof. She ignored the girl's question as she held her tightly as to not let her go. This was too perfect, everyone was clueless of what her true intentions were. Now, all she had to do was get out of town, sell the girl, and move on to the next. Jumping roof after roof, she distanced herself away from the crowd. With this kind of pace, she could probably leave the town and make a deal by the end of the day!

Finding nothing in the space the performer had previously occupied - besides perhaps some residual magical energy, which he could only do so much with - the librarian turned away with a sigh. He had really wanted to know about that magic. Looking up, however, a figure jumping across the rooftops a ways away caught his eye. The person were too far away for him to distinguish, but could that be the performer? His spirits lifted; perhaps he still had a chance! He began running in the direction of the figure, trying very hard not to run into other people, buildings, or whatever else could possibly be in the streets that he might crash into. The running figure was quite a distance away, so he was very worried that he might lose sight of it. He wasn't sure what he would do then, nor did did he know what to do if this wasn't the same person he was looking for after all, but he would cross that bridge later. As it was, he knew that he would have to come up with a better plan to catch up with the fleeing figure ahead; he could only follow it on the ground at this distance for so long before he ran into some sort of obstruction or completely lost sight of his target. For now, though, he would have to keep running. He would come up with something soon, he was sure of it. Then he would get some answers, and his research could maybe get some new leads!

Jack attempted to follow the two, but as soon as they jumped to the roofs he had to stop. That wasnt something he could do. However, he was a patient hunter, he could still smell the scent, and he could track quite well. So, he followed the trail as best he could, however it took him quite a bit longer than his targets.

Something caught his eye, looking up Oradi spotted a large silluette dancing away across the roof tops. With his curiosity peeked he took off down th streets after the shadow wondering what was going on. After a short while he had lost sight oc the shadow and so had stopped to think how best to catch up, only coming to the conclusion that getting to the roof top himself.

once having found away to get up he once more spied the shadow that had made him give chace and took off, taking a calculated route so the jumps were not to wide.
