It was the year 2030 and many wars had taken place around the world just for things as oil, this wars have taken the lives of many soldier who fought for "their country", what they did not know it's that they were fighting just for a selected group of pleople and their pockets. Many soldiers realized this, many did not, those who did joined a small group of soldiers located in an islad in the pacific ocean,the island was called "Outer Heaven" soldiers could now fight for something they belived in.
Now in the 2040 Outer Heaven has declared itself as a country, many other countries did not see this well, specially USA, however OH has nuclear weapons and has really good relationships with small countries that are not in the U.N, even so spies are sent, most of them are cought as soon as they get into OH.
