My friend has tried for over two weeks to create a account, but when she registers her information it takers her to a blank rolplayerguild.com/user url page. Any attempts to refresh or something of that nature cause it to say invalid captcha. Both me and my friend use Google chrome, and figuring it could have been a browser error, tried Firefox, which also failed to work. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know any solutions?

No idea. Try clearing all the history/cookies/cache from the browser and try. Or try Internet Explorer.
