Sasuke's reign as the Hokage of Konoha was cruel yet very prosperous, the crime rate of the village became extremely low as well as the corruption, this marked the golden age of Konoha and the reinstatement of the Uchiha Clan Police Force with further upgrading by establishing not only it's rightful place as the Police Force but anyone can be part of the police force now hence, Konoha Police Force is the unity of justice whereas the Uchiha Police Force are an exclusive unit. United Nations is established by Naruto that all five nations are to be in peace, he also created the Republic where different groups of people will stay together and harmonize.
The rp will focus on mind boggling mysteries on the level of CSI, Criminal Minds, Death Note and Hyouka.
Republic City? I dunno name it! It is a new village of alliances.
Another focus is, true Japanese fighting style with Samurai/Ninja fighting style oriented and no explosions of Michael Bay.
The bijuu are prohibited and are confined in the Turtle Island as their home.
Uchihas, I expect lesser Uchihas.
MS/EMS/Rinnegan are banned.
Senju DNA is perfected, the answer to all diseases but it is expensive and does not guarantee you boosts in power no longer.
The Senju DNA plot will be a factor to one of our crime solving Aka hunt down the smugglers and drug dealers.
Yakuza/Mafia/Triads organizations too.
