Appearance: Blue-gray skin with light blue “freckle” markings on front of face.
Personality: Like all Salarian scientists, Tel is fast paced and brilliant. She has a remarkable talent for empathy that is unusual in her species and is one of the few that can calm her counterpart, Audor. Tel specializes in biology and has medical expertise in all of the Council Races and a good working knowledge in many of the others.

Appearance: Green skin with thick dark brown markings between eyes and horns.
Personality: Brilliant mind devoted to technology, physics, and engineering. Less sociable than his counterpart and frequently avoids others. Audor builds small gadgets in his spare time and is unusually devoted to Tel.

Appearance: Bright blue, almost cerulean skin color with dark blue markings around the eyes.
Personality: Proud and elitist, Lisme has worked with mass effect technologies for almost her entire career and is considered among the Asari to be one of the rising stars in this field. She is rational to a fault. Disdainful of non-council races.

Marshall Green - Human
Age: 38
Appearance: Tall, thin with very pale skin. Blond hair, watery green eyes. Angular face and nose.
Personality: Jovial grease monkey with a penchant for bad jokes. He is a master mechanic and electrical engineer. He can also drive, fly, and fix just about anything- and if he hasn’t done so yet, he’s anxious to try his hand at it.
