Plot- When an accident leaves the Doctor unable to remember anything and wandering around London clueless, OC bumps into him and apologizes and when she tries to talk to him, she recognizes him but notices he has no idea who he is.

So the kidnapped people thing can be ignored, or aliens or evil conspiracy or whatever. I had a very vague idea and decided to add it. I can explain better after I sleep, but I thought I should explain the otherwise bizarre note about the TV.

haha ok XD Damn just spent long time installing all my sims 3 games on my laptop. Got new laptop last week so alot programmes and games to install on new one XD

I had an idea to have kidnapped kids, like really advanced ones and young adults with some kind of organization to essentially "better humanity" by more or less selective breeding, like natural selection but specifically chosen by a third party to make a stronger, smarter human based on DNA. They prefer to kidnap young people, but have perhaps kidnapped some people in their 30s or 40s, not well know professors but very intelligent people, possibility some athletes. Possibly if The Doctor starts getting his memory back and does something really smart he could get kidnapped.

Anyways, throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. Sorry it took so long, sorry the response was short.
