What constitutes anime for you? I personally don't like using pictures of real people for my characters, I'll still do it if you insist but you know... not if it can be helped.

What he said. I mean, it's not as though PacRim isn't massively inspired by giant robot anime anyway. In fact, several official posters were done by a variety of artists in several comic book and anime/manga styles including one by Metal Gear and Zone of the Enders designer Yoji Shinkawa.

The sheet you've got down feels a little barebones as far as Jaegers go.

You've got all this character information with stuff like likes and dislikes and a description field partnered with an image field, but then when you get to the robots- which, let's be real here, the robots are the real star of the show- you've got "name" and "description". Also, looking at your sheet in the other thread, "description" seems to just be appearance.

Wouldn't it be better to have a little more info on the Jaeger, since that's gonna be really important? It's capabilities, major gimmicks (weaponry, special abilities, general differences in frame construction compared to the norm), unit history, fighting style, etc? Maybe a seperate sheet, since they're such a big part of the setting.

Yeah I support that, considering not all Jaegers are made equal and they're kind of the draw for Pacific Rim.
