Containment Procedures: SAU-2-C is only to be contained when in an agitated or hostile mental state.
Containment Unit is to be 3.5km in Height, and 5km in Width. Walls and ceiling are to be made of standard Drywall, but Fitted with a 3-Inch Spacing constructed of Stainless Steel.

Spacing of SAU-2-C's Containment Unit during Agitated States are to be flooded with Euphrates River Water, and a 5-Tesla Electromagnet Is to be secured and activated in an unmarked location within the ceiling. SAU-2-C is to be provided with comforts as requested, and is not to be contained for more than 2 hours after Agitated State have ended.

Failsafe:
(1.) A Small pump is attached to the Palmaris Longus of SAU-2-C's Wrists, when activated, it will flood the subdermal layer of Flesh in SAU-2-C's palm with a thin layer of water From the Euphrates River.

(2.) A non-visible remote controlled 5 Tesla micro-electromagnetic is attached to the Flexor Retinaculum in SAU-2-C's hands, Activation is restricted to SAU-1, SAU-2, SAU-3, and SAU-4.

Description:
SAU-2-C is A Humanoid Male of Semitic Descent, standing at 1.9m and weighs 88.45kg. SAU-2-C Appears to be in his early twenties, but is estimated to be over 3,000 years old and does not show signs of aging. Although no records of SAU-2-C's initial containment have been found, Foundation records from as early as 1643 AD have mentioned SAU-2-C.

SAU-2-C is fluent in all Romance languages, and has knowledge of dead/unknown languages and dialects believed to originate from ancient mesopotamian cultures. SAU-2-C also appears to have photographic memory, and has proven capable of reciting up to 18,000 pages of information observed in a 45 second timeframe. SCP-2-C also has remarkably high scores on standard intelligence tests, and refutes any claims that his intelligence is an effect of his anomalous properties, and has occasionally been heard to propose that his anomalous properties exist due to his intelligence.

SAU-2-C's Anomalous properties consist of telekinetic control over a seemingly infinite supply of microparticles deemed SAU-2-C:1. When collected for analysis, individual particles were found to be 1/15mg in mass and had molecular structures similar in strength to a combination of obsidian and diamond, but were not identifiable as any known elements. In addition, although singular particles are not visible to the naked eye, massive clusters will appear to be black in color, and highly reflective.

SAU-2-C:1 can be summoned at will from the Palms of SAU-2-C, and has remained within the control of SAU-2-C as far as 60 Kilometer away in any given direction, creating a sphere of influence with diameter of 120km from SAU-2-C. Control of SAU-2-C:1 declines dramatically after exceeding 50km of distance from SAU-2-C, and at exactly 60km distance SAU-2-C:1 will disintegrate. SAU-2-C:1 has been recorded to move at speeds of up to 90 Meters per second (201.324mph). SAU-2-C:1 has been used in multiple ways by SAU-2-C, some including;
  • Extreme Erosion; can be used to destroy both organic and inorganic matter in seconds.
  • Flight; Can be Used by SAU-2-C to "Fly," has been observed to function on other Objects as well.
  • Shielding; Nothing has been capable of penetrating shields of SAU-2-C:1, including numerous other SCP's.
  • Environmental Manipulation; Has been tested to move upwards of 2 Tons of weight before exertion is placed upon SAU-2-C (SAU-2-C has been observed to move a maximum of 3.7 tons, but soon after fell into a 13 week Coma)


SAU-2-C appears to control movement of SAU-2-C:1 through magnetic propulsion, which can be disrupted with electromagnetic strength of aprox. 3 Tesla.

Movement of SAU-2-C:1 can also be disrupted by contact with water from the Euphrates River, for unknown reasons.
